I remember getting picked up by my boss who had a western suburbs Sydney newsagency at 4am weekdays, driving to train station, then walking across the train tracks with my items to sell, newspapers, magazines, chocolate bars and cigarettes and sitting in a small kisosk on a train station. The pricing is different for company owned properties and private properties. My water charges are much higher for company owned house to that of house in my children's name (Thai). Condominiums pay direct to Juristic management. My older condo is 20 baht per unit, my newer condos water charges are 40 baht per unit (1000 litres). One condo I get charged minimum 100 baht per month, the others no minimum.

If you are close to the motorbike shop, get a motorbike taxi to push you and the bike to the shop. Taxi will push you and the bike, placing his foot on your engine, air box etc. I had an electrical fault, bike wouldn't start, had to get it to the Mityon for new wiring loom.
