Soi Kophai, Pattaya, there's a small Vespa shop (local boys), always lots of Vespas out front, repairs etc. Have a talk with them, these guys generally know more about the bikes than the dealers, they know how to get around challenges.

Lots of great groups on Facebook, I use Facebook regularly, house renovations Thailand, different Australian groups to join, xDiavel and Diavel owners group, Jeremy Clarkson, Pattaya restaurants and property, even a Wise group to ask questions.

I have a neighbour, he's English, he'd ask me at times to go with him because he would regularly get lost. I had to stop helping him, we'd get in his car and he would be on the horn constantly, saying 'stupid Thai's' etc. I tried to reason with him, asking him to relax and let the other road users in.
