I asked how many power outlets are included, he said as many as I want. So I got my house finished, moved in, all my outlets installed, not one had an earth. It's a shame, I would have bought a hundred metres of earth wire for his electrician to run to each outlet if I knew before.

Phone chargers don't require an earth, just active and neutral.
