    Renewed my US passport couple years ago. Sent by Thai post per instructions Thai Post was familiar with process and we’re out in NE Isaan country. Entire process went smooth I paid with my U.S. credit card via internet. side note… if you put Thailand as your permanent address you have to submit yearly “ I’m alive” form the only pain is tracking once it’s in US.

    Born in Miami (50s) way back then… stationed in Hawaii… lived near Huntington Beach CA now living in Thailand 7+ years… All the places have unique beaches and different from each other… I’ve enjoyed them all…

    Question… What happens if someone borrows your car and gets speeding ticket via camera which should show the driver. The ticket will be sent to car owner. Can the owner explain with photo on ticket it wasn’t them? or are you on te hook to get whoever was driver to go in and pay? ….

    Examples need to be made to deter this type of violence. Prison terms, large fines, restitution to the person that was attacked. These problems have grown out of hand.
