An education system that all children can attend until 18 years old (12 grade in US) for free or minimal cost. In Isaan a significant number of children are finished with school at 13-14 years old due to lack of money to continue or learning difficulties…. So from 13 to 18 not much to do and revert to drinking and drug abuse and it’s well known where that road leaves…. Need to give them a chance to grow up with at least minimal education….
