  1. My dog Jack (GDS) managed to get out in the forest and come screeming back followed by lots of hornets. Got stung about 10 times. Took him to the vet and after he put him on the drip and injected with antihistamine ( I think- vet does not speak much English) Jack is sort of ok, just drinks a lot and eat like a horse, always hungry. He spend a lot of time going to toilet and he stands there for ten minutes.peeing.Vet things that he is OK now. I am not sure, he is hot and want to stay in the aircon room.

  2. Well, I wish I can meet people like that who care about animals. We live in a small community, mostly people working on rubber plantation and nobody cares about dogs. Most of them are skinny and negleted. They would like a German Shepherd, but only to guard the house. Maybe sometime they would feed it with leftover rice.

  3. My GS had 10 pupies and I advertised on Thaivisa for a month now. I only managed to reserve 5 pupies to farangs. They have very good pedigree and look great. I don't really want to sell to Thai, because most of them don't look after them. We can not look after 7 German Shepherds ( two adults and 5 puppies) they are beautiful but and my wife is getting a bit worried and trying to make me to sell localy. I think they would end up as a street dogs, they are great now, but GS needs to be a part of the family. I don't know what to do, if no more people get in touch. Any ideas ?

  4. Come on men. I have German Shepherds puppies. Half of them are sold, but I am still looking for farangs, who wants great dog. I have many Thai people interested, but most of them can't look after dogs and I don't want to sell to them. Jack the father is from very good pedigree, his mother was imported from Germany and his father was search and rescue dog from Malaysia. Jack is very clever, did not needed any training- he seems to understand more English then my wife. The puppies are going to be inoculated on first of July and are ready to collect after that.So if you want a great company and guard dog at the same time, please e-mail me or phone. The advert is on pets section. We are in Rayong province.

We have a old Thai dog and I have to keep him in the shed, becouse they will kill him. I have tried averything for a year, that was sugested on this side, but nothing works.Otherwise they are great and gentle dogs with children and people they know.

  6. Hi

I was told by British Embassy that I need an original certified divorce certificate to obtain an affirmation of freedom to marry. Court in England can only send me a copy and it is not certified? How do you get an original or would Embassy be happy with that?

  7. what is he worried about??? He is not a baby, he can look after himself. There is no more danger in Koh Chang then anywhere else in the World. You are not talking about great deal of money, accomodation is cheap there. And if the woman is a teacher , she is the most likely decend girl.

  8. HI

I have a slight problem on my Window 7 Ultimate? When I boot up- Configuring Window updates 0% complete comes on and stays for 10 min. After 10 min it tells you fail and boots up normally. How do you get rid of this? I have tried disabling all antivirus software, but no luck, it can’t update. Any suggestions what to do?

  9. Our niece 20 year old Thai girl was just diagnosed with hepatitis B. In Rayong hospital she was told that there is absolutely nothing that they can do. There is no medicine available in Thailand. Is this the truth or anybody has any suggestions what she can do?

  10. Paranormal

Does it exist or is it all in people imagination? Many serious human being claims that they experienced strange happenings including ghost sightings, out of body experience, abduction by alien beings and many other unexplained endeavors. All my life I took interest in paranormal, but still find very difficult to believe it. Personally I experienced unusual ghost activities while living in Hythe, Kent, but was it just imaginations or was it real? We talked about it with my girlfriend at the time, so possibly I was dreaming about it. I went to places that were supposedly hunted, I slept in the grave yard, followed strange lights in the forest, planted trees in my garden in Thailand that according to Thai populations attract and hold ghosts, but still absolutely no unexplained mysteries. In my sixty years on this Earth I have never encountered anything that could not be explained. Now I live in the country where strong beliefs are predominant. 99% people are Buddhist and religion is one of the most important aspects of life here. I teach in a secondary school and if the children know how to pray and bow to Buddha, they are good students. It does not matter if they know where Paris is. That is much less important. Some people are very poor, but a religion teaches them that they must support the local temple, and give money, if they want to have a good life. It very, convenient religion, not strictly based on Buddha teachings. Buddha taught people how to live, asked monks to train in the austere temples, then go out and help to educate the people. It does not happen here. Temples are opulent, monks have plenty of money and they stay in their abode and never go out to teach. Only time they venture out is to collect gifts from local populations. Basically if you don’t fancy working, you can become a monk and have a reasonable life. I went to temple in Bangkok asking the top monk to help the poor girl living on the street, but was told that is nothing to do with them, not their concern. And people still believe in them and support this money laundering operation with great vigor. At least catholic priest would try to do something to help, even if he prays to nonexistent entity. All religions have too much to answer for. Many wars started, because of the religion. What is it all about? Who profits from all this? People are proud to belong to one group, Buddhist killing Muslims, Catholics killing Protestants, Hindus, Jewish and vice versa. List goes on and on. Absolute madness. I think the whole World is mad, (but maybe is me, who is mad) People hate you because your skin is black, brown, yellow or white. People don’t like you because you were born in Europe, China, Japan, America, and Africa. Please people, we are on this little planet, which has few problems now and there is no God, Buddha, Allah or any other entity who would help us. So stick together and be proud to be human.

  11. Thanks, but whatever it was it is getting better, much smaller this morning.I was just a bit worried, because our first puppy died from unknown reason ( vet just put him on the glucose drip and he died) and I don't want to loose this dog. He is a great dog. I wish I could find a decent vet in Klaeng in near. They seems to be just interested in money and I don't believe they know how to treat GS.The last vet admited that he has never seen one GS before.

  12. My 10 months old German shepherd developed a lump under his neck - tennis ball size. Took him to the Vet yesterday and I was told that he has swollen tonsils?? I had dogs all my life, but never heard of this one. Vet give him antibiotic shots and said that it should clear within few days. Apparently he has tonsillitis??? Anybody heard of this???
