Thanks..... question answered

Can the 90 days-report be done online every day of the week or does it depend on Immigration office hours ?

Maybe this applies to this topic ? Decades ago there have been jokes about blondes (how stupid/silly they are) going around. One was: Why does a wall tumble down when a blonde (can be replaced by anything) leans on it ?
The brighter one concedes.....

My wife has once put a passion fruit plant (1) in our garden. After a year or so the thing had already grown up to about 20 meters long. As it is a climbing plant you can guide it (with simple wires f.e.) in any direction you want it to grow. Beautiful and abundant flowers, leaves a bit like vine, fruit, if you are lucky, and you can even eat the saplings. Only thing is, it will attract insects like bees etc.(and butterflies) I think 3 or 4 of them would give you a good result within not too much time. And you could use the wires (or whatsoever) for the instant solution with the plastic stuff.

One more about the sticky pads. Years ago I was living in Spain in quite a remote place. At some point I noticed that mice/rats started to be around. Too many ( You see 1 and you´ve got already 10 ) Started trapping them with "normal" neck-breaking traps but it was not all of a success. So I purchased a glue that is specially made for this (you put it on whatever kind of pad). And it really worked.....but when I saw the, still alive, rat stuck to the glue I could see the complete madness the poor animal sufferd, in it´s eyes. It was even like wet (from what so ever (not the glue), because I think rats can´t sweat) the fur twirled around.... so I killed it with a big spanner. These kind of traps just keep the animals until they die in agony. I swore to myself (was easy after seeing that) never ever use a trap like that again. You´d rather prefer to die in hellfire than wrapped up in this glue. So please do not use it, not for rats not for geckos not for anything else. There are many other ways. BTW the geckos were also present in Spain and I always liked them, so do I here in Thailand

Maybe I got yor question wrong because of "90 days report". That´s what I have to do on base of a 1 year, extendable "Retirement Visa".
Inside Thailand, closest Immigration Office. Apart from that ubonjoe knows a lot more than I do. Doing the 90-day Report | ThaiEmbassy.com.html

No cost for the 90 days report (apart from your travel). And you can either report max. 2 weeks ahead of date or even 7 days after. That´s at least how it is handled at Samui Immigration

Regards to LivinLOS,
Wanted to say many things but that says it all

I totally agree that vinegar does not work as an antidote to the box jelly venom but, as far as I know, it does stop the (remaining) tentacles from firing more venom, if applied in abundance.....if you make it to the beach

Sorry... didn´t have a look at the thai customs link before I wrote my last post. But how and where to declare?

I want to bring the gold as it is part of my assets. Don´t want to convert it into money and transfer. In Europe, were I´m from, there´s a limit of 10K (€) per person regarding cash. I was wondering if the same limits apply to gold. In the case of coins it should be as it is an instrument of payment. If I´m right?? But how about gold bars?

Hi there,
does anyone know if it is possible to bring physical gold (bars/coins) to Thailand. And if so, in which amount?

Thank you...

Hi there
purchased a 2nd hand Life Fitness GX rower (water) lately. For maintenance of the water, chloride tablets are required. The Thai distributor for LF is asking 900 Baht for one!!! tablet. Does anyone know a better place to buy or about alternatives from medical or swimming pool or other sectors? Thanks

Dear all,
I purchased a used rowing machine ( home trainer ) in Phuket. The guy who sells it is too busy to pack and send it to Koh Phangan. Is there anyone who comes to either Koh Phangan (1st choice) or to Koh Samui with the car (Pickup) within the next week ? 10.08.18 to 17.08.18 or so. Paying for it on agreement. Will give my phone number if someone answers
