After all the the great things I read here about Wise I decided to sign up. Immediately a transfer of $241.00 from my Citi account was sent to somewhere without my knowledge. Nobody could tell me where it went or why. I had to get a new credit card and delete my Wise account as a result.

It's also a domestic transfer not an international one so it will cost you a lot less money

I have a Bangkok bank account here. If you are in the USA there is a Bangkok Bank in New York. Send your money to Bangkok Bank in New York using your Bangkok Bank in Thailand's account number. There is no middle man as is going to Bangkok Bank directly and you'll have it the next day. A been doing this for 10 years

I actually pay the wife nothing. She's got a good job with the government her car is paid for and the house is paid for. We've had a long standing agreement that she pays all utilities (hoping that she keeps them to a minimum). I pay for her cars upkeep and the house upkeep she buys me food and cooks for me occasionally I buy her clothes occasionally no bickering here. Totally great arrangement.
