Sounds like the OP watches to much CNN. Why dont you tell all the hundreds of thousands of people who use the BTS and MRT in Bangkok everyday to close all services and shut down the country while your at it.

What was a 12-year old doing driving a motor bike?
That's old in Thai years to be driving a motor bike. Just go to any Issan village and you will see 6-8 year old little kids driving motorbikes everywhere......One careless screwed upped society Thailand is.

.....I have an Non O visa based on marriage and was only lucky to open one with Krungsri bank after being denied all other Thai banks.....WHY Were YOU " Lucky " Should have NO Problem with that type of Visa !!!
Tell that to Kasikorn, Siam Bank, Bangkok bank when they refused to open me an account as they wanted a Non O-A visa aka retirement 55 and over not a Non O visa as these days to get something done in Thailand you need luck.

One thing that I don't get is how can a tourist open a bank account in Thailand these days and MUST show own Thai Book Bank with balance THB 20,00 on a visa exempt coming in Thailand before even applying for a tourist visa abroad?......I have an Non O visa based on marriage and was only lucky to open one with Krungsri bank after being denied all other Thai banks. AM I missing something as it makes no sense.

A Kuwaiti man is not a farang, and there's plenty of Arabs in Pattaya still. I'm pretty sure some of them are good business for the 'boys.
So Kuwait is another city in Thailand?...Must be somewhere in Issan next to Arab town.......We are all FARANG........AKA "FOREIGNERS"

To bad that the majority of items in the photo above is not available in the Taco Bell menu in Thailand just like all fast food chains in Thailand have very limited menu options compare to the west and yes Philippines is the west when it comes to fast food.

3,000 bht per night lol........I wouldn't call this place a resort, it looks more like any other short time love motel which can be found all over Issan which are usually located in the middle of nowhere that go for 400 bht a night which are tiny cabin size of a prison cell rooms. You must really like your Moto GP to pay those kind of silly prices.

Arrived yesterday from HCM. Did my NON-IMM-O Multiple visa. Easy done with no proof of financial. Had all documents prepared as POKA513 listed. Arrived at consulate at 10am. All done under 5 minuts with no questions. Only 4person inside office. Picked up passport next day 1:40pm 1minute. At DonMuang only few people but long waiting.
Can you please elaborate on the hand written letter from your Thai wife. Is the letter written in Thai and what should be on the letter.

Sorry, But sounds like your just like many others who are living in Thailand on a tourist visa as no legitimate tourist stays 305 out of 365 days a year in a foreign country and calls himself a tourist. Don't be surprised and ask why I'm being denied entry into Thailand as its just a matter of time.

They both had back to back tourist visas, 5 (450 days) and 3 (270 days respectively).
Rather stretching the idea of tourists - the consular officials almost certainly thought that they were living in Thailand on tourist visas.
It is most likely as simple as that.
Of course they were, just like many others who were and are going to be rejected thinking they can keep living in Thailand on tourist visas..When will people learn?

As for the OP boarder hassles, I can understand as that is why I always come prepared when I do a in/out 90 day Non O boarder run. I always have on me my Thai marriage certificate, copy of my wife's ID card, my sons birth certificate, my wife's house papers, pictures of my marriage just in case I come into a battle of wits with some IO who wants to push their power a bit. I only been asked once for a copy of my Thai wife's ID coming back into Thailand at Mukdahan immigration which was my "First" time using that boarder years ago. Now every 90 day boarder runs is a breeze at that immigration.

That’s just it,they don’t realise,in this or in any of the other farcical procedures. It all starts with the poor education, then look at the low brow comedy shows and TV soaps, the comically large array exhaust pipes put on haulage vehicles etc. etc. It’s just a dumbed down culture . Google average IQ by country ,the PISA educational tables and note where the country features. Explains most.

Yea they looked at their monthly brown envelope and realized the envelope from Wndmill go go go bar was lighter then previous months.......Come on are people really that naive and don't know how Thailand and espicelly Pattaya works?

Can not help but wonder how is it that the undercover foreigner picked 16 year old ?
And who would know that she was under age to tip off the police?
If you ever been to Windmill, you will knows they keep all the underage dancers upstairs.

you're lucky mate! Enjoy the next 24hrs, if your staying at Avalon you can stay in their aircon lobby and use their internet till checkin. They let us checkin 2hrs early.
The Aura residence right next door to the Avalon would let you check in before noon, I checked in 8:00am, put my stuff i my room and walked 15 minutes to the consulate plus way nicer rooms for an extra 100 bht.

Pathetic coward! Even more pathetic cowards just watching...
It's not just Thailand, this stuff is everywhere.
Guys like this honestly need to be beaten until they can't move. Only after this will they stop!
I seriously wonder, if a foreign man would have stepped in and stopped this attack. How many of the tough guy spectators would have jumped him and attacked him...
Guess you didn't see the story last week of that Brit up north who got the living shit kicked out of him resulting in a broken skull by some Thais just for trying to break up a fight. Trying to be the hero and be the peacemaker in this country has its consensuses.

Sounds to me like the OP is just another random guy trying to live in Thailand with Tourist Visa just like the other hundreds of people being denied entry these days. I'm afraid those days are over as most tourists don't stay in Thailand for 8 months out of a year even if it is broken down to staying 5 months leaving the country and coming back for 3 months.

Yep and the Thai locals are lining up like a bunch of sheep thinking that a spray over with god knows what will help them combat this virus. These people amaze truly amaze me.
