    AIRCONET is a small USB jobbie, less than Bht 600 which after programming will control most aspects of an air con from an app on your phone. had one for years. And I think it responds to Google or Alexa too.

    Or for retirement EXTENSION, you could transfer 65k per month from abroad and spend every last satang, or a combination of bank and monthly transfers eg I do 40k per month = 480k, plus 320k in the bank = 800k, accepted by my IO, and NO need medical insurance ( well I don't)
