Exorbitant payment processing fees for AirAsia flights
And here's me thinking, in travel 'lingo', that it meant Passport.

Exorbitant payment processing fees for AirAsia flights
Does it not show total flight cost BEFORE progressing to payment options?

What’s more important as you age — stretching, balance work or strength training?
I am also approaching 76 in December. Lived here 14 years, was on the road as a pro musician for 40 years before that, which obviously meant plenty of not-so-good food, alcohol & cannabis, unusual sleep times (and partners!) Still love my burgers and chips, and beer, wine, voddy, but live carefully, with the Mrs, on Bht 40k per month as house and car are paid for. NO health insurance. Never done any formal exercise in my life, in fact I ran home when it was supposed to be football practice on snow-covered field. Go for annual check-ups and as such, nothing to show apart from slightly high BP, for which I take Amlodepine, and Doxadozin for slightly large prostate, 80ml, but PSA 0f 0.98. I'm feelin' alright!

Annual check up - Bangkok hospital , Khonkaen- A worrying experience!
I get the same high readings of both BP and heart rate. I put it down to 'nice-<deleted> on the nurse' syndrome. 555 Can I say 'ass, bum, butt, fanny, etc, but not 'a*se?'?

Former police chief and political leader says Move Forward must sacrifice itself for the country
What about the young police and army cadets who have been 'forced' into their job, but would like Pita to be PM! I feel sorry for them.

Did you never realise that they had not rubbed cold gel onto your naked belly, taken 10 minutes to pass a big metal detector over you, and still come up with a result?

Annual check up - Bangkok hospital , Khonkaen- A worrying experience!
At my local Govt hospital, I am required TO TAKE MY OWN BLOOD PRESSURE, HEIGHT & WEIGHT, and show the results to the 'booking in' nurse. I use the BP results I took that morning and saved in my phone, my height & weight don't change much. Saying that, I went for Yellow Book last week and they had to take my photo against a height scale. I am shown as 172 tall, even though I have been 176 for decades. Checked at home.........176!

5 things you love most about Thailand.
I realised that, but just thought I would ask. Cheers.

How, and more importantly, WHY did you put on 12 kg or 20% rise in weight in 7 months? Saying that, 72 seems far healthier than 60kg for a 'grown man'.

Best Methods for Making Peanut Butter: How Does One Make Peanut Butter in Thailand? (Where to find Best Peanuts? What are the risks, if any, from Aflatoxins, etc.? What equipment is required?
I put this up last week when Peanut Butter was being discussed. Lotus, Makro or Big C for shelled, raw peanuts @ Bht 50 for 500gm with a splash of oil and into oven @ 120 C until golden brown. Into food processor with salt to taste until desired crunchiness. DONE!

Memory foam mattresses at decent prices?
That's nothing, mine has developed Alzeheimers! Anyway, surely it should be called NON- memory foam, as it springs back to where it was after the weight (you) is taken off it.

Got my yellow book and ID card today
Took me 5 visits to Amphur, first time to be told I need to be married. I told them NO! Then other visits when the staff had to fill in an online form, attach copies of ALL mine and GFs papers. Come back next week with boss of my village. Did so and on Friday last got the Yellow Book after the online form was re-submitted. Got pink card on Monday, then thought, why do I need it? Yesterday I had to send something via Flash and they needed my Passport. Gave them my Pink card and hey presto, it was used within 24hours. Now what can I do with it?
