    OP search “Columbia” outdoor/fishing clothing. They’re lightweight with breathing panels built in. Not cheap but there are clones around.

    Yeah, I use Firefox and after an update earlier this year I had the same problem as the OP and your solution worked for me.

    I’d be asking my Dr “why not cycling ?” Rowing is very highly regarded I believe. Swimming is good, but a sound technique reduces the benefits, in that you become more efficient through the water. Good luck
