Hi, our Krups Dolce Gusto machine broke after a couple of years of solid use. Want to buy a new machine. But also want option for Nespresso capsules. There are quite a few machines that can now take both types - eg, Duchess and Oggi. Anyone has any recommendations for which ones might be best for here in Bangkok? Cheers

Let me tell you.... A true story..... (I have lived and worked in Thailand for about 30 years.) I was married to a 'good' Thai girl in the early 1990s a couple of years after starting work in BKK. From a well-off family, she was a trained lawyer and got a job in the city (Bangkok). We have wonderful children - but our marriage was a nightmare. After 12 years of living together (9 as married) we divorced 17 years ago. Three years after the divorce (around 2009) I married a bar girl. From Pattaya. Everyone told me not to. But my marriage to my 'bargirl' wife is great. We are going strong, she helps continuously with my work and around the house and with looking after everything. We have two wonderful kids and enjoy our time together tremendously. Yes, we have ups and downs - but I wouldn't change her for anyone else. So what's the answer to your question? Well, for me, it's clear.

What a strange question. Of course they are not. No where on earth can contain the next variants. And you could argue that you should never try to contain a new variant. The history of disease shows that variants gradually become less pathogenic. Containment means no natural immunity.

I got Covid in January. I am 54. Live in BKK Very mild. Had far worse colds. My sister is a NHS nurse in the UK. Took advice directly and solely from her on WhatsApp. Took regular paracetamol and ibuprofen (they can be taken together) Took regular Vit-D and Zinc supplements. Did regular exercises, especially walking around the house and breathing. Right as rain in less than a week.

So I have done the 90 day report online for the first time. I have received a PDF almost instantly. It says "FORM FOR ALIEN TO NOTIFY OF STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" Is this an approval? Or will I receive an additional document? What's the process? Thank you for any help.
