  1. I'm sorry, I must have missed the Thai tanks and 100,000+ troops rolling into a neighbouring nation. Can you send me the link?
  2. Unfortunately it is not always a feature.
  3. Who do you hang out with, and what media are you consuming to bring you to that conclusion?
  4. Driven to desperation by his own actions. Should we reward such behavior?
  5. Human nature has not changed. The lies and deceptions have always been the same. What has changed significantly is the dissemination of information and our perception of the "bad" parts because they are so ubiquitously available.
  6. Let me rewrite the headline: Agoda Discovers That Pattaya Is the Closest Major Beach Destination to Thailand's Densest Population Centre
  7. I don't think just a fact-check is often enough. A fact check with direction to further reading helps.
  8. Wow. That's a lot. First 5 paragraphs seem to show a naivete of how governments work. They are biased towards the power, money, and influence - of course there will always be money for the military over citizens needs. In the sixth paragraph you don't seem understand international trade or supply and demand. By letting the Chinese refine the gas rather than doing it domestically Russia helps balance it's trade deficit with China. Gas and oil prices were going up after Russia invaded whether it was USA or Martians selling it.
  9. What's your best estimate of Dodgers v refugees? The ratio is microscopic.
  10. What? We need a source for that otherwise I'm not buying.
  11. Why would Russians leave Russia, there isn't constant bombing or a war in Russia. What a bizzare statement.
  12. ???????? clutch those pearls folks. Dahl was edited for questionable content by his publisher/editors before first volumes were ever published. The newest edits are some questionable fat-shaming lines edited by a word here and there. Ooooh scary ????
  13. Ask Bernie if the media reports what politicians say with equal intensity and fervour. Anyway there is mountains of evidence showing the MSM knew it was pushing lies about 9/11 and Iraq. In my opinion a FAR WORSE crime than election lies.
  14. Dang, so close. Then you added the last paragraph which totally contardicts the paragraphs preceeding.
  15. Political lies DO NOT reach citizens ears without media complicity.
  16. Ok. CNN virtually lead the charge of ongoing lies and omissions which resulted in the Iraq War and (debatably) 500,000+ deaths.
  17. I haven't really heard a substantive defence of the original topic of the defamation lawsuit's filings claims. "But they are popular" is not a defence to the filing; "but they are only pundits" is not a defence; "but covid" is not a defence. Seems like the faithful have learned well, just deflect and talk about anything else.
  18. Yes. And Pravda was incredibly popular as well ????????
  19. The problem extends through the MSM, not just Fox. Remove the profit motive, make network news advertiser free, "opinion" show free, and a requirement of licensing.
  20. And yet, it was *ucker and friends contacting the brass to raise the alarm that the faithful weren't buying the truth and they needed to tack towards the big lie the preserve viewership, as evidenced in the OP.
  21. Apparently Dr. Sunny, you cannot reconcile the fact that he may well be recovering normally from the physical stroke and in addition to that physical recovery be suffering from a mental illness as well. its really not complicated.
  22. It seems clear that Russia's 2014 annexation of Crimea was primarily to reestablish control over the Sevastopol Naval Base from which they can project power throughout the Black Sea, and, depending on Turkish whims, into the Med. It is also clear that Russia's initial goals have changed considerably since the invasion and now they seem to be content, for the moment, in establishing a land bridge to Crimea to. alleviate the many issues they are having in administering the annexed territory. Ukraine can thwart Russia's goals without physically retaking Crimea. If they can retake Mariupol, break the bridge and hold it, they effectively isolate Crimea without the difficult offensive.
