  1. The fact is that there is no way to know where the flame is actually located in this frame. All videos from above show the flame 1 to 2 meters behind the engine. In this freeze frame the fire could be anywhere.
  2. Watched these clips so many times! Not once could I find the plane or engine exploding into flames as the various articles claim.
  3. Nowadays, all EVs with ranges above 150 km use Li-ion battery packs, which often include heat control devices
  4. IMHO, based on the drag marks in the one photo we have, it should be relatively easy to ascertain exactly where impact occurred.
  5. You were stamped in when admitted, that's all you need.
  6. I just recently updated my BB accounts with new passport. Actual I hadn't done it through 2 passports. No problem at all, simply brought along all 3 passports and signed the forms they put in front of me and a done deal. Took maybe 10 minutes.
  7. All of which seems to be unknown at this time as the article clearly stated: "The Fine Arts Department said it will work to identify and examine the statues"
  8. Your post is the only mention anywhere about a school. A "Nursery" is in fact a day care for infants, not an educational facility!
  9. Two people, two carts and a good balancing act!
  10. I've brought as many as 11 cases when relocating from China to Thailand with no customs issues. Walked right through the green line with nothing to declare.
  11. I've never seen cards sent here, but I offer congrats via email or DM. Always seems to be appreciated.
  12. I agree, I use FedEx with confidence.
  13. Record keeping, customers having to sign for their orders and provide ID, etc. Extra hassles for the shops. That's what my pharmacy tells me anyways, and they do sell it. Several others have told me those are the reasons they have quit selling it.
  14. At least 2 years ago. Even though it's OTC, most pharmacies don't handle it to avoid hassles.
  15. WOW! Blaming the passengers! Probably a good possibility they were all asleep at 4 am. Put the blame where the blame belongs!
  16. Electric prices have been driven up simply due to the price of imported LNG skyrocketing to the point that it's cheaper to burn oil than gas. Can't say I can see how the Thai government is responsible for no natural gas reserves remaining in Thailand and 100% foreign produced LNG prices rising. Just saying....
  17. That's exactly the first thought that came to my mind!
  18. Guess that's replacement cost....
  19. I sent mine FedEx to the SSA W-B address, apparently successfully. Anything that could impede delivery of any significant income, for me, is worth a few extra bucks to insure delivery.
  20. 4 days is my best experience. Been using FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS for years. Longest was DHL at 2 weeks.
  21. All the great accomplishments come up drastically short to counter her ignorance in traveling across international borders with illegal drugs in her possession. She belonged in jail and the other side of the exchange belongs in jail.
  22. So many cheap Charlies here! Yes, Thanksgiving and Christmas Hotel Buffets can be a bit expensive here, but the selections are spectacular! Hard to beat anywhere in the world. If you're on a 100 Baht budget, they aren't for you, but if you can squeeze out enough cash for the family and can make use of the "all you can eat" format, it's well worth the spend. And I'll close with a Merry Christmas to all!
  23. Frankly, I don't understand people's reluctance to wear masks as a matter of public request and safety. My office still requires masks. I aways have my mask with me and wear it whenever among multiple people simply as a curtsey to those around me, and, frankly, myself. The law, as far as I remember, simply says establishments are free to set their own policies.
  24. iHerb Thailand sells Hydrocortisone and delivers to your door. Plain old ammonia works well for stopping the itch.
  25. An American Football field is 1.32 acres. (soccer pitch is 1.76 acres) So, the pond is at least 2.64 acres, leaving 0.26 acres of land that has a house, 2 bungalows, road, etc., not much, so, in short, it's a pretty expensive pond. Doesn't seem to make sense.
