Not at the moment as there are no flights inbound into Thailand unless your on a repatriation flight which is arranged through the Thai embassy, even Thai nationals that don't require visas for Thailand are required to registered via the Thai embassy for flights

Work Permit holders can apply to get on these repatriation flights too, which I think is what casey1 was planning for.  The application process would scupper his overnight transit plan though.

so can a valid work permit and also valid multi entry non imm visa technically fly out to say singapore transit currently overnight in the terminal and then return to bangkok thus doing a border run and resetting  90 day non im multi entry visa??? where would one go to confirm this?

Sounds OK (although maybe not Singapore unless you're sure you can get in there), but the application form says you should allow 10 days for processing, so make sure you take that into account.

What is the advantage of having so many ATM cards?

    Backup.

If you have one using the Visa system and it goes down you could have the backup of Mastercard.

If you have one issued by Bangkok Bank, the backup could with Kasikorn, for example, if BBL systems go down.

If you lose one, you have an alternative while waiting on a replacement.

If one account is hacked, and frozen or emptied, you still have one you can use in your wallet.

Never be without a decent alternative, even if it costs you a little money - think of it as insurance.

I have entered all the required fields accurately but if my record could not be found, Does that mean I shall have to explain the io officer why my record is not found?

Not in my experience.  The record may not be found if some data has been entered wrongly (or omitted altogether?) by immigration on your entry into Thailand.  This seems more likely given the amount of reports similar to yours on here, but I encountered no issues reporting in person.

Whats the point in having 5G speeds if all the 'unlimited' service plans are capped at 10mbps and the limited higher speed plans cut to 128kbps after the GB limit is reached, which presumably would be in a very short time indeed if 5G??

Most users will get no noticeable benefit at all, but the R&D departments will always try for something better and the sales departments (the guys who couldn't make the cut technically) will always try to convince you it's unmissable.  It's keeping them in a job and the company in business.

    Is there something I'm missing?

    Yes.

Credit cards have several benefits not available to debit cards, even though a prepaid one appears to function the same.  Building a credit history, provide extended warranties, reward points for spending, security for hiring a car, better protection from fraud or supplier problems are some examples.

According to a notice from the french speaking community in Pattaya ( Ensemble ) to their members, restaurants will only be able to sell alcohol from 11 am till 02 pm, and from 05 till 11 pm.

This to avoid they take over the role of a pub/bar.

Kilkenny on LK Metro seem to agree.

I have never defaulted on anything and have always paid my dues so i'm not a c@*t.

Of course you are a c@*t.  Planning to welsh on a sizeable debt that will then be borne by every other customer of the bank(s) is almost the definition of a c@*t.

Topic can be closed, i have my answer. Thanks all.

You would take the word of one random poster on an internet forum as true?  Not very bright as well as a c@*t.

wrong, found other info "Bailiffs and vehicles on finance, HP or contract hire. Bailiffs may not clamp or remove Hire Purchase, or leased Vehicles to recover unpaid debts owed by the hirer of the lessor. The law says the bailiff may only take control of the goods that belong to the debtor."

Quoting a comment written below a video with no relation to Thailand as backup for what you want to be true - unbelievable!

For the first time in 5 years I managed to do 90 day online by downloading their app. One point, it wouldn't accept my current passport number, however on entering my old passport it was accepted and approved within 36 hours. Has the OP renewed his passport?

Was that recently?  I haven't even been able to get the app to run for a few days.

Why are you trying to report? Everyone is exempt until July 31

Several good reasons already given.  For me, as a first time user it's to ensure that it works for me as it may not be convenient to report in person when the requirement is re-scheduled.
