  1. The poster you quoted is writing about the priority line for Business and First Class which hasn't been in that centre area for quite some time. Instead you go to the regular ramps but keep to the right (in the west hall at least) and you'll end up going by the Thai etc passport auto gates to the "new" priority lanes.
  2. I just did one today for arrival on Tuesday with no issue like this. As you can see in mine I could enter accommodation info with no departure information.
  3. If you're lucky. I recently changed from physical SIM to eSIM (AIS) and although the process flowed along online it failed to complete. 2 minutes in Telewiz and sorted, and the staff there said it was a regular request following online failure.
  4. 46 Garage is on Sukhumvit Soi 46, hence the name. Head down Soi 46 as if you're going to LK Legend/Soi Arunotai and you'll spot them. Don't go by the location/directions you might find on Google Maps. I don't know if that's an old location or just a mistake, but this is where you want to be (if the link works). https://www.google.com/maps/@12.9227913,100.8969645,3a,75y,280.26h,90t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1ssiQGY5BDgqqxsf8Il9xqgQ!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fcb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile%26w%3D900%26h%3D600%26pitch%3D0%26panoid%3DsiQGY5BDgqqxsf8Il9xqgQ%26yaw%3D280.25635806591237!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDMxOC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D I've used them a couple of times and they've always been good and helpful. Limited/no English language but Google translate has always worked for us.
  5. It's visa type and admitted until, but these fields seem optional in the example spreadsheet supplied by Immigration.
  6. Flying from Europe next week with a European airline and current routing causes no concerns.
  7. No, glaucoma is a common cause which does not affect central vision until later stages.
  8. No minimum requirements of any kind on either of my cards like this, but yes, interest is accrued as you say. That can be minimised by paying it off immediately it lands on your balance. There is another one available now which does not even have any interest charge on cash withdrawals if the statement is paid in full by the due date. https://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal/credit-cards/barclaycard-rewards
  9. The originating country's tax labels on the packets are a giveaway.
  10. Can it tell you when someone takes cash out of your hand baggage in the overhead compartment?
  11. Try some of the solutions mentioned in these threads. https://aseannow.com/topic/1365531-cannot-access-iherbcom/ https://aseannow.com/topic/1375595-brave-browser-getting-worse/#comment-20149609
  12. That branch no longer exists and I was directed to the branch on Naklua Road near Soi 14 last month to open an account.
  13. I haven't recently as I have a Thai bank account and BBL have become awkward regarding over the counter cash advances, but it's a valid method to get cash if you have the right account and find a co-operative branch. I used a credit card, not a debit card. I have a couple of credit card accounts with no transaction fees for this . Here's a screenshot of the T & Cs from one, the Halifax Clarity card which is well known to many UK users. My other is an MBNA account which I tend to use more as it also gives cashback on any spend. I'm not confusing anything - see the reply to JohnnyBD above. rickudon has posted similarly earlier in the thread and I see from previous threads he uses the same card as me from Halifax.
  14. It's a peripheral vision test (the clue is in the name) so the colour is immaterial.
  15. Is this where you're link is intended to go? The forum can't deal with many links nowadays. https://motowheeler.com/th/electric-scooters/
  16. No they don't. If you combine this with a no foreign currency transaction fee a counter withdrawal is one of the best ways for visitors to get Thai money.
  17. Twice now it has been mentioned that they're around a hundred metres on the right if you are travelling on Soi CC from Sukhumvit. If you typed the given Thai script link into Google it would find them and offer to give you directions. and if you went to their website (now here) https://www.macpattaya.net/ and select "Contact us" it'll show you a map and also a link to Google Maps. As above, there's plenty help been offered but you'll have to follow it up to make any progress.
  18. I think he's referring to the 90 day report. Previously 100 baht.
  19. There's been a few recent changes that don't do much the forum readers' experience and this is one of them.
  20. I think the original thread on this showed some photos of tree planting which would suggest it's going to be dormant, and the trees just a tax dodge, but also some discussion it's to end up as (partly?) a terminal for the long awaited monorail or somethng similar.
  21. Link Highlight, right click and select Open Link in New Tab in Firefox on W11 laptop, or equivalent in whatever you use.
  22. Please re-post when sober.
  23. That's OK to manage if you go via an intermediary (UK bank, Wise etc) but as we're talking about direct deposits from DWP it wouldn't work. Two of these 13 payments would be received in one calendar month giving 11 months at ฿38.2 and one month at ฿76.4. Immigration won't allow that. However, as mentioned above many will have some SERPS or S2P (or even some interest, savings or other income) inching them over the line.
  24. That's exactly what I have done, but some landlords are not as helpful. Those using agents may not even know who their landlord is or how to contact them. The rules say no new TM30 is required in these situations but some immigration offices say differently.
  25. More recent retirees on the New State Pension could have been doing it, although the current exchange rate drops the 4 weekly payment just below the ฿40k, but many of these will have some SERPS or S2P so could easily be in this position.
