  1. It might not be the most sensible approach as you say, but that is what Thailand (and many other countries) ask for. Other insist it's from when the test was taken and others time it from the final flight in your itinerary, not the start of your journey. Reports earlier from quarantine mentioned some hotels insisted on an extra test (at the visitor's expense of course) if the 72 hours was exceeded on arrival, so there's no one size fits all approach. The airlines who are checking on departure and decide if you get on the plane or not use these rules from IATA regarding Thailand which supports London Lowf's earlier post from the Thai Embassy London's website (not a UK gov site as you mention). Similar wording with the "test result issued" is present.
  2. Agoda have said this morning they are "working on this issue and will update the information soon".
  3. Here's a spoiler to the aseannow news story for those interested but can't use google. https://aseannow.com/topic/1233507-police-to-charge-naked-protester-for-indecent-exposure-in-public/
  4. There needs to be a plumber too. There's always a plumber.
  5. Bell hasn't been operating for quite a while.
  6. Try https://asq.in.th/ They don't have prices for 7 days for all listings, but more are being added daily.
  7. The 10 days isn't official yet either, and it's way before you require to upload docs. It's a pop up in the initial stages before you even register. It used to say 14 so has been changed but seeing 10 days made me uneasy.
  8. I think there's quite a few places recognise them now. What country issued your "Green Pass"?
  9. Depends on your nationality and also any transit countries too.
  10. Aunty Pao or Papao, a middle-age pro democracy activist.
  11. The list is correct as it's a list of WHO approved vacccines. However it's not the full story as Thailand accepts these and also vaccines approved by the Thai authorities, like Sinovac, Sputnik etc. Here's a list from IATA: There is no mention of mixed vaccines so still doesn't really answer the OP's question.
  12. You can do it electronically through London, but you may want to arrive on a Visa Exemption and do it during the exemption period in Thailand.
  13. One was accepted recently for a mate's trip to Spain too (with Sinovac). Your QR code gives different results to previous ones I've seen.
  14. Have you tried these? http://www.thaiconsulatewales.org.uk/index.htm https://london.thaiembassy.org/en/index
  15. If something like a phone hasn't been updated for ~10 years or so, is it likely the user will be a WhatsApp user?
  16. Stop digging. You started with a misleading reply and you've been trying to deflect from it ever since. Now it's been pointed out you're trying unsuccessfully to be smart. You don't get FTT or equivalently marked funds and hopefully readers now know what to take from your posts on this.
  17. The SHA+ requirement is for sandbox hotels. Bangkok in October will require quarantine (probably 7 or 8 nights) so look for these. Agoda is still showing minimum stay of 14 or 15 nights so you may have to hold off.
  18. From the ones to Bangkok in your screenshot: 10th and 11th via Frankfurt 15th via Phuket, or Frankfurt and Phuket 16th via Zurich and Phuket Easy to get to from Paris to Bangkok, but I think the OP must want direct flights.
  19. I missed nothing and your reply to a post specifying receiving funds as FTT was just wrong, hence you had to explain your circuitous route to produce evidence for immigration. That misunderstanding is maybe because you aren't aware of why and when the reason "For long term stay in Thailand" was introduced, and the changes it made to how Transferwise processed the transaction. It makes it slower, but provides Thai Immigration what they want with minimal messing about. This is more important than speed for many, which is still available if required.
