Does anyone know where I can find a glass wall like this?

What type of 2 month extension? Covid 60 days extension is only 1900 in Immigration, very easy.
(as I know, Volunteer options are only 3 month Visa, and 12 months extension on that same visa)
2 month is the covid extension i think, so i extend the volunteer visa with the covid extension

Did you ask your agent? (if you can go back go Volunteer extension route, after 60 days Covid visa ends)
agent said through them is 7k... for a 2 month extension, i guess it should be the same thing right?

I would have thought that he'll have to find another volunteer organisation to sponsor the extension if he's no longer volunteers at the moment, however he won't have the hassle of converting his visa as he already have the correct one. That how it works when I've changed employers in the past.
I got it through an agent, so im not actually volunteering, just go for the 60 day extension? what d you think?

Yes. Did mine at Khon Kaen with an expiring Non-B but the officer stated the covid is available to all types of visa. 60 days added from the expiry of permission to stay and not from the date of application. The visa will still remain a non-immigrant visa. Very straight forward and was dealt by one of the senior officers. Others have reported the same at Sisaket as well.
do you know which boot i have to go for non imm O? is it in chaeng watthana?

You need to confirm with whoever you obtained your non-immigrant visa from.
I got it from "SWD thai visa service".

Hi guys, before the 26th of sept I applied for a Non immigrant O visa (3 months), thinking that I will go for the 1 year volunteer visa after that. Since then, I heard that they announced a 60 day covid extension, is that also valid for this visa? And if so, how do I apply for one? Do I need to go to muang thong or chaeng watthana? Can I extend my visa using the 1 year volunteer option after they don't offer the covid extension?
Thanks -

No danger in trying it, it may work but be unpredictable and it's running the transformer outside its ratings.
You can't just divide voltage amongst LEDs like you can normal lamps, LEDs are current driven not voltage and my not even start to conduct at less than 20V.
tried it with 3, doesn't work. installed the adaptors the normal way a few days ago and they work flawlessly. Triac is thaaa besttttttt

Your LED are current operated (not voltage). Your 7W LEDs are expecting a current of around 250mA which would develop about 20V across them. Setting your transformer to down, down, up (200mA) would probably be best, down, up, down (350mA) may over-drive the LEDs. In either case the transformer will max out at around 45V.
Putting 3 LEDs in series at any of the available currents would likely be about 60V which is outside what the transformer says it can do, it may light the LEDs but behaviour under dimming could be unpredictable.
thanks for your explanation, I thought that the 45v of the transformer would be divided by 3 leds (15v each) and making my Leds max out at around 5W each. Any dangers in trying it out?

A TE-15 should be able to run two of your 7W down lights in series.
The TE-15's finally arrived and I did a test run and they worked. I hooked up 2 leds on series on the transformer. Then I noticed the dip switches and I played around with it a bit. seems like the dip switch with three up (black means up) is the brightest on all levels and when switched 3 down is the dimmest on all levels, which suits my needs more.
However, I wonder WHY it worked since the old (cheap) transformer that came with the leds were rated 18-23V, 240-280 mA, per led.
Does this mean I can actually hook up 3 led lights in series and put it in the dipswitches in the down up down position?@Crossyif you forgot what this is all about, its on the second page of this thread.

I went to hafele design studio today and they have a nice sale going. A lot of the items you can find at https://www.hafelehome.co.th/
However, not everything is listed, for example lights toilets, sinks and mirrors. If you like DIY'ing/home improvement take a look, I don't think you will regret!
I myself picked up a knife set 700b, rinsing spray 499b, blender 1050b and a 90cm round mirror for 1600b. Pretty good for a branded item if you ask me. By the way does someone know if all of their products are made in germany?

I suggest you get some 13.5 in the same size for practice and to create a forming tool. You can stretch the pipe to reduce the OD. You can then use that to stretch the pipe in the floor as long as it is not constricted. Alternatively have you checked the size of a straight junction as that may be even better.
13.5? OD? what is that?
A straight junction is a connector for pipes is it? Do you have a picture?

The PVC will not crack if you use a paint stripping gun. A rubber coupling would work as long as you can get access to clean it, or change it. Rubber does not do well over here.
You mean a heatgun? Does a torch works the same way?
1 hour ago, sometimewoodworker said:Having seen the picture. Does the metal fitting fit inside the plastic pipe? If so then it will not be difficult as silicone to seal the pipes will be enough. If it doesn’t that is more of a problem.
Right now it does not fit, but uncleP said heat it up and stretch it. I saw in some youtube vids and it looks promising, dont know if its really that easy.

Seems like they just put the drain on the pipe with tile cement around it. Which means to me it would be always possible to retrofit it the 'thai way', just trying to find something better. What would be the challenge of uncleP's way or the rubber coupling? Except for the pvc to crack while I try to enlarge it. Btw what glue do I need to glue pvc/rubber to metal? -

Yes but you don’t need fittings that are not available in Thailand.
I also have an imported drain that I probably can’t ever use. ????
What do you think of a rubber coupling , or the @uncleP method? The neighbor downstairs would probably come with a gun if I drill a hole through the floor to his unit. XD

Abandon the import and get one here, that’s what we needed to do.
Isn't that a similar setup as with the imported one? I still have to drill a hole to my lower neighbour to mount the flange base.

2Inch? 3 or 4 for a drain. I put 4 inch soils and drains in my house . 1 1/2 or 2 from sink or bath into 3 or 4. Soil straps fit on an existing drain to take a glued or pushfit pipe.
I think we are talking about something different. I meant to install https://www.amazon.com/ZOIC-Stealth-Bathroom-Drain-304-stainless/dp/B01ARB51GO in my bathroom.

I imported a linear floordrain from the US and I'm wondering how I should make the connection to the drain pipe. Both are the same size. I also bought a "rubber drain base flange"(see link), because I thought I might need it for install.
However, since I live in a condo and want to have the drain flush with the floor without making the floor much higher, I don't think I can use the "rubber drain base flange".The juristic and my neighbour downstairs probably won't be too happy if I make a hole too large to install that thing. Is there something like a simple connector to make it happen?
I think a rubber sleeve that wraps around the drain and the pipe will work with some glue or maybe clamps, but I'm not a plumbing expert so curious what you all think!

I say, go for the 800b one. The 300b one probably will do the job, but my experience is that all those cheap tools will have some parts that are made from plastic and will break easily. I would not buy the cheapest of the cheapest personally when it comes to spinning tools.

I would suggest your guess is spot on ????
My inner destroyer just couldn't help but confirm it. seems like solder to the pins. I already bought 1 sqmm solid core, not stranded. The connectors in the previous post requires the wire to be unstripped, Stripped wire might make the connection less stable? What shall I do?
a. Learn to solder
b. Just Wago it with a 2x wago 3 conductor
c. I am stupid, and I shoulda just walk around the house to see if there were enough first connectors and connect it.
d. Replace led strip with a 2 conductor and its almost plug and play.
e. just do whatever, as long as it gets the job done, dont spend too much time on this as no one will see it. -

Make sure you get the correct type of 5050, they should look like this.
Thanks, I just hooked up my meter on them and 2 of them are used as + and 2 of them are used as -. I understand how to make connections now between strips, but how do I do that with the first connection?
I don't know how to open the original connector to take a peek without completely destroying it, but I guess they just split the 2 stranded wire and insert it to 4 pins?
