China keeps bullying their way into the South Pacific area. Not many countries can stand up to them. Only a coalition of USA and affected countries can fend off Chinese aggression. And a looming trade war would hurt both superpowers.

Any foreign tourist, expat, worker or student here should stay on their best behavior. No different than when you’re a guest in someone’s house.

An overall 5% return? Meh. You can buy blue chip stocks which appreciate and pay dividends of 5% or more. Added bonus—it’s legal.

It’s not rocket science. A weaker Baht will boost exports and help tourism. If a foreigner wants to fly somewhere warm for a vacation—why fly to a more expensive country where your money doesn’t go as far?
