    Corn flour should help. It won't actually stop your diarrhea but should thicken it up a little bit.

    The OP still doesn't say what the land title is. It happens here. Unless the buyer of the land and the owner of the house come to an agreement the owner of the land can legally deny access to the house.

    Okay then, have you got a shower with a heater in it? If not Disinfecting, cleaning and flushing the drain should eliminate the odor. The reservoir/pressure tank may also be the source of such an odor. Cleaning and maintaining the reservoir/ pressure tank periodically can prevent bacteria from growing to levels that cause odor in the water.

    Drains, water heaters, wells, and the inside of pipes can harbor bacteria. Usually, your water heater is the culprit when water smells of rotten eggs. The heater contains an element that protects it against corrosion, but this element can give off a rotten egg smell as it breaks down over time.

    Been there done that. Buriram IO. I have 3 teenage children. The last thing I need to do is upset immigration. But I won't be siht on. At every IO they have a rules book. Make sure you know the rules and asked to shown the rule that involves you.

    We're not discussing those that own their own condo and are therefore their own landlords. We're discussing the majority of those that have landlords and are being railroaded by immigration.

    Yes because he broke the rules by leaving Thailand. Obviously a new TM 30 is required.

    There is no further TM30's required if the lease hasn't been broken.

    No they're not on 'flexi terms'. It's a case of when going to your IO you grow a pair before entering the building. Buriram IO is the office I use.

    Two years ago after being here 16 years I did my annual marriage extension with my wife at my side. I'd never submitted a TM30 in all the years I'd been here. No probs getting my extension but they got my missus in a conversation. She took her purse out and gave them 400 Baht. No receipt. It was only at that time that I found out she was responsible to do the TM30.

    I once renewed my passport at immigration. They wanted 500 Baht to do so. I told them the service was free. Did I get kicked out?????

    They can consider whatever they want and they are NOT within their rights to refuse your extension. You've complied with the law so...................
