  1. I'm not sure that's possible as you can't just change airlines like that internationally. He would have never made it past the first airport just like refusal in USA
  2. Most ceiling fans have either a separate copper wire ( ground wire) and\or an aluminum safety wire that is hooked to the junction box. Either or both would prevent the fan from falling from the ceiling. Just be careful you don't jump up while enjoying random sex play and you would be fine
  3. Hmmm, So you weren't prepared for your trip. Return or on ward ticket is required for visa exempt entry, same on all airlines. Packing too much luggage is on you, they publish the limits right on the website just like all airlines
  4. Not in thailand. Proof is not given any credence in Thailand if a defamation suit is brought. Defamation is damaging someone's reputation which according to thai's version of law can still occur even if there is concrete proof. With that said far too much is made of defamation on this site as it's seldom pursued except in very rare occasions

  10. No need to eat this. I've never seen a US bank not deal with a fraudulent charge especially an international one without sufficient proof showing it was valid. It may take a couple days. Down side is they will cancel your debit card and issue a new one

No matter who you go to if you don't follow their instructions you won't change much of anything. Im sure your GP knows what to look for and when to escalate to more testing. If you go for another opinion just tell them what you've done with the current doctor, show those results, tell them your fears or concerns and then follow their advice. Why dont you just follow the doctors direction and lose weight, fix your diet and stop all the extra vitamins like the doctor told you. 2 weeks is hardly any time to see a change, it could take several weeks to a couple months. If it was a more serious issue the evidence would be apparent and the doctors you've seen would be testing for it. Man up dude.

  17. Good that you got those as they can be helpful in the future. I also have gotten them for every property I've purchased. The key here is that they are not yours just because you bought the property. They need to be in the discussion early on with the builder to sort out if they give them, you pay extra or you punt. Its never a guarantee that you'll get them.

  20. No it's not standard to give building plans upon purchase, it's up to the builder. You may have confusion over building\construction plans and a floor plan. It would be very simple for you to qualify what you want to make sure they understand. If not just measure and draw it yourself, it's not difficult at all.
  21. Are all the lots sold? If so you can act as a group to request creation of the Juristic entity and only lot owners are involved to vote\action. If the developer is still a lot owner then they are entitled to a vote for each lot but nothing more. You would need to set up the regulations for the community to work by and include fee schedules for maintenance and operations. It would be wise to consult with a non interested party that has experience in this area as the accounting done properly has several aspects that need to be defined on setting appropriate fee structures and use parameters and accounting validation for the new Juristic entity to handle maintenance and repair, capital expense budgets and capital reserve plans for future requirements. You would also be wise in stipulating the scope of the Juristic entity, length of tenure and evaluation and review of Juristic actions
