  1. So you think Trump ran on ideas and not vomiting hate of every thing and every person that didn't agree with him or lawyers and judges that ruled against him or every cabinet member or appointee that disagreed with him. Hahahaha go back a take your meds and a nap.
  2. Most of what you said was accurate and good advice. Your recommendation of transferring a % of shares and then taking them back after registering or controlling a company via preferred shares i don't believe is actually legal as that is no different than using proxies to stand in for you. A good lawyer will be tge best advice for the OP as he needs proper education on what is and isnt legal.
  3. I stand by what I wrote as Ive already gone down this road myself with my wife. For a foreigner to be involved to the maximum they can only own 49% of shares in a company. No they can not have their name on any ownership doc and they must sign a document that you never supplied that money for the purchase of the land if land is involved. Companies with foreigner partners have quite a few obstructions in the way of restricted industries and involvement in the actual business and land ownership . Yeah you can fund it and not have your name on anything but then you're in illegal grey territory again as you're using others as nominees which is illegal. The thai govt has been cracking down on this area for well over a year and it continues today and will into the future. I addressed the OP and his question about forming a company. Try to keep up
  4. China has been on the verge of collapsing for decades and its hanging in there because there size of scale and control of all aspects of the people\country hold it together.
  5. You post moronic comments. The staffing doesn't set the regulations so don't act like you are knowledgeable because your not. I stand but what I did wrote not your gaslighting the comments or trying to deflect from facts. The poster claimed they needed more regulators and Trump and doge have been firing them in mass in almost every agency. You cant have it both ways. Set proper standards and employee the appropriate amount of staff for regulations. Stupidity isn't a learned skill but seems to be available in mass with the cultist.
  6. I never said that the standards for bread or anything other food ingredients was trumps fault did I? No I didn't but your trying to inject yourself as if you have any relevance. What I replied to was another poster claiming there needed to be more regulators. Kinda hard to regulate anything when an a$$hat goes thru and slashes and burns all govt agencies without any true understanding of their duties. Go back to sleep now. Your done on this with me
  7. Kind hard to regulate when Trump had doge dismantle critical function by stripping away staffing.
  8. Probably nothing will happen as usual. They will hold "court" to show they are acting in good faith for the people and proclaim fairness but in the end it will be a nothing burger
  9. Thats what I wrote. Very few "legal" business are allowed to own land with foreign participation. A few exceptions but very restricted. It was a very popular "loophole" many lawyers and accounts used in popular resort destinations but almost all are illegal and being caught out now.
  10. Thats not competely correct legally. Foreigners can nor own a percentage of property via a company and any company set up solely to buy and use property (land) is very limited and being cracked down on all over the country but mainly in the hot tourist areas. A company owning property must have a non restricted business that requires property ownership. Working in the company as a foreigner would also present you with many hurdles due to job restrictions and the number of thais working at the company before you can get a work permit. Consult a reputable lawyer as well as read up on the regs as they are available on line
  11. Try and keep up with the conversation. Again I never said there is any support from banks to someone that gets scammed regardless of and limit set by the bank or the person holding the account
  12. Learn to read as your replies are off the points I commented on.. The OP indicates the limit in his post at his bank. There is no support from banks on even a 500 baht scam so limits don't have any affect on support its just a stop gap procedure to try and show they are offering some type of control for the customer. Its up to the individual to exercise caution when doing business with anyone
  13. Not all vendors accept Mastercard or Visa. There are also 3rd party verification sites that sit between vendor and card issuer and some of those do not not work.
  14. some sites are still blocked by card issuers if they are in suspicious locations or have had issues reported in the past so turning on access doesnt always work.
  15. I agree they are one of the easiest to open an account with if your on a ltr permission stamp. I also would ask for a manager and have them call the main office in bkk if there are any questions that seem odd.
  16. Go to krungsri they are very accommodating but you'll probably need a rental agreement or your wife's house book and id copy so you have an address.
  17. I was half joking about it being govt workers as its pretty much most labor intensive jobs as well.
  18. they dont use reasonable doubt in legal defense here
  19. because they want the govt workers to go back to work after eating lunch
  20. i agree reading helps but comprehension is equally important so go back and read what was written and think for a moment about it. You keep stating Wagyu as your reference and that wasnt what was stated that was available. Your time is done on this topic with me as you are just wanting to argue in a circle
  21. Are you really that dense? I never said this is 100% wagyu beef, but you keep up the false statements. I clearly said it's cross breed so stop with your asinine comparison to Japan and 100% wagyu. You pay for the quality you get and the same would be true if you were in Japan buying wagyu of any grade. So to imply the starting price is some type of mystery deception fits with your mis-information. You've most likely never tried Sangsee based on your comments so you have no idea of their quality or how it compares to Makro beef (hahahaha). That statement of yours is very telling about you and your knowledge of the topic I presented to the OP. If you like your Makro beef you go with that but move on as you dont have the knowledge of the quality to have any conversation or misleading claims as a comparison. Have a great day
  22. if you bothered to actual read they have different grades and he sells bms 3 thru bms 6 but you selected random pics to support yourself after I pointed out your misunderstanding that wagyu cant be cross bred because it cant leave japan, including semen and embroys which both are false. News flash we are not in Japan now are we? Did anyone suggest to sell thai beef of any kind in Japan? No the OP asked for contacts which I supplied No one asked you to buy it so if it doesnt appeal to you move along
  23. Here's some light reading for you from the internet . Yes, you absolutely can—and it’s already been done extensively. Outside Japan, Wagyu cattle have been crossbred with other breeds, most commonly Angus, to create hybrids that combine Wagyu’s signature marbling with the hardiness and growth rates of other cattle. This practice began in earnest after a limited number of Wagyu were exported from Japan in the 1970s and early 1990s, before Japan declared them a national treasure and shut down further exports. Since then, countries like the U.S., Australia, and Canada have developed “purebred” and “percentage” Wagyu lines. For example, a crossbred animal that is 93.75% Wagyu (after four generations of breeding back to fullblood Wagyu) is considered a purebred under American Wagyu Association standards. These crossbreeds are popular in the premium beef market because they offer a balance of rich marbling and efficient meat production. So while Japan keeps its fullblood genetics tightly controlled, the rest of the world has built thriving Wagyu programs from the original exported stock
  24. if you want great beef check with Colin Robert at Sangsee Farm he has cross breed Wagyu and Aussie cattle here. He's on facebook. If you want smoked chicken wings check with check with Ian Kalway at Lord of the Wings Chiang Mai, he's on FB also
