  1. As I said if the country ends that option of extension because it's no longer valid as it was created for then don't whine. Get the right visa and come back if you want to be here
  2. I never said that, if they are so hot to inject cash from being here you can apply for a correct visa. And if you can't qualify for a correct one and the covid extension ends don't whine
  3. Thailand said it at the begining when they first gave this option and it was valid as most travel had come to halt worldwide. Currently there are only a couple countries that are restricting entry. Most complainers are just milking the system, especially with the whole land border being closed excuse. Those are just border bounces also sidestepping correct visas for the most part. Not many countries allow that type of approach in order to stay in a country
  4. The main issue at hand is the restrictors are sized to handle a specific amount of flow in order to heat the water properly as they have a very small capacity tank internal. Getting a larger heater is the appropriate approach after you've determined how much flow and temp you want or need. the numbers posted as part if the test done are fairly significant already although at what temp??? You have generally a flow restrict at the base of the heater where the flex tubing connects and you may also have a flow restrictor inside the hand held shower head that can often be removed
  5. First off Sherlock you said you had it out with her on it which implies you did ask her. What I said is I would be curious if there were other hidden loans you don't know about so next time get your story straight
  6. The bigger underlying question for me is whether the "surprise loan" on the car is the only one hidden. The amount on this loan is insignificant but if a straight answer can't be provided then it would not be a surprise if there were others hidden too
  7. Follow the news over the next few days as the newer plan for antigen test may be scrapped and go back to the PCR test and 1 day hotel stay it's in debate right now
  8. Yes the email is all you need. Print the email which is your e-visa. No sticker in your passport anymore
  9. Nope just stating the facts. Your making it way harder than needed. You arrive on the 29th and the documents have to match on the booking. The hotel picks you up at the arrival day and time, it's in the package you bought. Changes to booking are free if you show the Thai Pass was rejected. Do what you want, you're just wasting your time.
  10. Not really. They set out the regulations for proper tracking and management on arrival. Your looking at it as a normal hotel stay which it isn't.
  11. No your mistaken about that. you booked the wrong date based on arrival which is what is required by the regulations, tracking and covid management. Simple fix is correct your arrival date with the hotel and confirm they will pick you up.
  12. Just book your hotel for the correct date of arrival. Confirm with the hotel about the early am arrival, and pick up. It's part of their package
  13. That's not correct. AQ and SH + hotels are were putting up the new packages yesterday. More hotels to follow. Same with insurance. Pickup at the airport and testing is included in the new packages just like the older packages. I booked insurance and hotels yesterday morning under the new plan.
  14. I never said it won't be accepted but there are limitations. The 1 way ticket coverage ends 48 hours after arrival at destination.
  15. I'm hearing there are some limitations not listed that are being reported. Your ticket must be round-trip from what I've heard and there are limits on length of coverage and a couple people reported claims issues if the person is a "resident" of the country they are flying into if they are use its "travel insurance" so ask questions to make sure
  16. The new Thai Pass is not scheduled to start until Nov 1 so looking for information on usu g it doesn't exist yet. The current COE stays in place and will be honored if issued. They do need to find a workaround for the existing COE to be used for BKK plan which should be a couple days. It's going electronic and will have a QR code that can be used eventually to replace the paper. The COE will still be used in the future for some categories of entry
  17. Having solid security in your phone and computers is certainly a must. but I think you will see most of this fraudulent activity is coming from or generated on the other end of transactions which your personal security has no ability to defend against
  18. The new regulations have not been finalized yet. There may be more updated news this upcoming week
  19. I believe there's a requirement that you must stay in the country issuing the COE for a certain number of days prior to flying to Thailand. I think it's 14 or 21 days but may be wrong about the number if days
  20. COE references quarantine time based on information provided and regulation on the day it is issued. Disease Control issues your quarantine certificate requirement based on the vaccine certificate and regulation on the day of arrival. That's been the protocol for about 9 months.
  21. It's more accurate to say they changed their approach after being sued numerous times for make and support false information and outright lies during trumps presidency
  22. It's a little confusing because you say she never asks for money you just give it to her. If she doesn't ask and you just give then she doesn't have to ask. So stop giving it to her and see her reaction. Also what is she doing that is "just like a bar girl" if she doesn't ask for money, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke doesn't see other men.
  23. One of the confusions that I see occurring with the term Anti Vaxxer is that is covers a wide range of sentiment about vaccinations and paints all people that voice a concern into the same group. I believe everyone has the right to decide for themselves to vax or not based on their own personal situation. Both sides of wanting a vaccine or not come with consequences. Health risks on both sides of the decision as well as social risks and lifestyle impacts. With that said someone not want to vax is not necessarily an anti vaxxer. It's when a person or group starts to promote any and all information available to actively discredit vaccinations to everyone else to serve their own agenda to be followed that puts people into that category.
  24. The upload is a 2 step process. The first step is when you browse and select the document to upload. After you select the document you see an image of the doc displayed but it's not actually uploaded. There's a tiny upload button below that section that you have to hit to make the upload.
