Do they have a GC on Yamoto?
Im not sure how strict the definition is but has closed doors and personal attention from the staff.

The descriptions seem to miss the fact that most people want to see where some poor girl is so warm that she must undress. Shouldn't they have a category that describes this like 'Air conditioning not cold enough'. They have missed the one in Soi Yamoto. I was there a few weeks ago and there was a lady doing her gym workout in the corner. The kind gentleman was lending her his equipment to exercise with.

I was told I just need to leave it outside but it was never thick enough that way. You said you wanted to use your air fryer but yoghurt makers on Lazada are very cheap. I just get UHT milk(no boiling needed), add a few spoons of baby formula to it to make it thick and throw in some yoghurt as a culture. Leave it overnight in the machine then in the fridge for a little.

Good idea, i wonder if it goes down Soi 6
I heard the route covers all the attractions. Soi 6 and then the Coconut Bar, the 130 baht/hour short time rooms in Soi 13/1, off to Boyztown then a stop at Bush Mountain, past Walking St Jomtien then down to the cheap rooms in Soi 2 Jomtien , a quick stop at the Ladyboy's place in Soi 3 then back to Soi Pothole, down Soi BJ near the Triangle Bar and last stop at Soi Honey. Is a very entertaining curcuit of Pattaya which I'm sure caters for everybody.

This place has a lonnnnnngggg history. It was blocking off public streets around the complex and preventing residents from using them, it had claimed other space out onto the beach, there were other smaller structures from memory.
I think they also had a fire.
Ha! Yes. See the post immediately above mine for more details. Well done @BenStark Thank youThey were trying to block of the beach so you could not get through. They shut the gate to the beach but the locals would just smash it down again. The security guards would come and tell me to get out but I would say no because it is a public beach. In my opinion got what they deserved. It is an amazing place and worth a walk along the beach to look at it. I think the expressionis kitsch. There is nothing to match it in bad taste. The Chinese tourists loveit.

My second post has links to recent threads..
Give them a read..
I have checked amd posted a question about it 2 days ago. There was a reply that someone was asked for one last weeks although the consulate info and other posts say it is not required.

Hi, thanks for the different comments. I just made my application today for non-o. Nothing special or new regarding the documents required. Don't forget the originals, a nice guy just before me in the queue was denied, no original documents.
And DO NOT GO on Thursday like me. Many people, most on agency visa runs. I arrived around 07:30 at the ambassy and get out at 11:40 ... ???? hard
Did they ask for an updated marriage certificate. Kor Ror 2

Some pretty dumb comments here. Only certain religous groups take vows of poverty. Western priests can be millionaires and still be priests. My brother in law is a monk. Him and my wife's sister own property, have children and grand-children. He was just drinking himself to death so went to the temple to stop drinking. There is not much other choice in Thailand if you have drug or alcohol problems except the Temple.

This topic is another good example demonstrating the importance of indicating the name of the immigration office being dealt with.
Now the OP, @Wongkitlo, will have to plow through replies about the procedure used at up to 74 different immigration offices, like some self-inflicted torture.
Yes. Should have mentioned Savannaket at first. I did reply with that but yes, important advice.

Thanks for the replies. I will probably be going to Savannaket by myself. I think it is required there. Due to circumstances it is not that easy for my wife to go to the Ampur on the day before i leave.

He was sacked by Prayut from the Electoral Commission. Led a campaign to get rid of the senate. Cant really blame him for making jokes about how the Thai election system has become a joke in itself.

I hope I have the name right but I mean the updated certificate you get from the local Ampur certifying you are still married. I was wondering how often you should update it. I did mine late last year and am thinking of going for a new visa early next year. How long before visa application can the certificate be. Thanks.

A hint if you really want to pursue this: the fastest way is to charter a taxi to Pakse (a little under four hours) followed by a direct flight. This sort of travel in Laos is very costly.
Really, better is probably to arrange a separate trip to Luang Prabang for the future.
I think good advice. I have been to Mukdahan and I think the bus depot or even a taxi might be hard to negotiate without fluent Thai.

It will be years of turmoil in the House and on the streets making Thailand politically unstable and the economy suffer taking the people with it.
Forming a kind of national government will have big upsides. With Pheu Thai’s track record in economic growth especially with the business acumen and experience of K Sretha as the PM, expect GDP to improve after a decade of stagnation. The natural gas JV with Cambodia will likely to be revive and will lower the costs of electricity and will benefit the people and manufacturers.
With the inclusion of the military parties, we may see a full term for the government absence of coup. That will bring confident to foreign investors and improve FDI flow inwards providing more jobs and taxes.
We may also see the polarization of the red and yellow gets less intense and hopefully dissipate. The troublesome ultra royalists will also have less reasons to instigate social and political problems.
Pheu Thai has 4 years for their government to work for the people. If the people are happy with the improving living standard, they will reciprocate in the next election.
No doubt the country is in dire straits to have a new government quickly as the economy is not shaping up well affected by the poor global economy.
Hate to face the truth but agree.

Enough of your common sense remarks.
Give them enough time and they’ll think of it all by themselves. If it wasn’t for 7/11 there’d be next to no rubbish bins in Thailand.I think 7/11 have taken out their rubbish bins on Pattaya beach. If it rains it will all wash out to sea so n need

King cobras can control the amount of venom they inject . This makes the bites difficult to treat because they don't know how much anti venom to give till they see some development. Cobras know that once their venom is gone they are vulnerable so they use it carefully, Maybe she got none maybe she got the lot.
Except young Cobras which have not learnt to control their venom flow. More dangerous.

Giving a price for a length without giving the dimensions and if it is rough sawn or PAR & if it has square or radiuses on the edges and which grade it is (as in the size and stability of the knots) means that it is impossible to compare it with other timber.
Hear is an example of boards that are probably C grade, if you buy enough (probably 50% to 100% over) you may get enough for your project
I virtually never buy from stores like DoHome apart from rubber wood and then only if I need grade B or C, for grade A or AA I go to a wood yard, the prices are better as is the quality.
FWIW termites will probably be able to access your concrete room so don’t forget the Chandrite.
Thank you for your always good advice

Anyone using for house construction framing would have rocks in their head and termites for friends.
I am actually making open closets with shelves. In concrete room with no other wood. I was partly wondering if hardwood is going to get excessively expensive(considering 3 metre pine lengths at Do Home are 258b) and hard to source leaving little other choice.
