    I think the problem was not the Chinese, but the influx of Russian draft dodgers. They were especially eager to open bank accounts because Russian-issued Visa and Mastercard cards are not working outside Russia.

    Normally it takes 2 business days. If he applies on the 19th, collection would be on the 21th. But with an extra day, it will be the 22nd.

    Damm, I was about to apply for a visa next week, but they don't work on the 28th either, which will add up to processing time. Will come back visa exempt then.

    They don't check anything before selling you a policy. They normally do the checks after you make a claim to find a reason to deny your claim. That's how it works.

    You think there is a lack of abusive and arrogant tourists? They're used to it. As long as they don't break the law, they should be let in. But if they do break the law while being abusive, it's a sufficient reason to deny them entry.
