Here is the list of countries that have only 2 land border entries in a calendar year:

It's because there is no limitation on land border entries for them. Nothing to enforce. Same as for Russians. For the countries that have this limitation (most Western countries), it is enforced.
2 land border entries per calendar year is the only rule that is set on paper and actually enforced. All the other made-up rules like 6 months in a year as a tourist or whatever are pure speculation.
It is enforced. Even border run companies cannot circumvent that and simply won't take you on a trip if you did 2 land border entries this calendar year
I'm not sure if marrying a government employee makes you entitled for free medical services, but it's definitely possible for a foreigner to have a Thai social insurance. And no need to be married for that.
It's simple but you have to wait a lot. In Pattaya there is no online appointment and the lines are huge. It takes several hours in total. Or you need to come before the opening time to secure a spot at the start of the line. Very frustrating.
Electronic visa extension system has been around for more than a year already. However I haven't seen any reports on it. Has anyone used it for a tourist visa extension? How efficient is it?
