  8. A see lots and lots of foreigners running workshops/seminars in Koh Phangan. Do they need a work permit to do that? Or is it not required as long as it's not considered "work"?

  10. I agree, but there must not be such hard and fast rules like 25 years in jail + half of the remaining life expectancy. Every case is different, as you rightly said.
  11. If you agree with this, you should take into consideration not only the killed person's age, but also their health, wealth, quality of life, marital status, social standing etc. etc. ad infinitum.
