If your dogs are in their own compound then it’s perfectly natural for them to bark when strangers pass, and as they are contained they are no danger to anyone. What bothers me is if a dog or dogs are allowed to roam free and approach people barking, as the stranger has no idea what their intentions are ... such owners are highly irresponsible.
I moved from the previous place because my neighbors dogs was roaming free in the street and barking all night.

If your dog was contained within the boundaries of your house and could not get to him, then the problem is fully his, After all dogs bark for all manner of things.
If your dog is free to roam outside and go near people - some of whom may have a fear of dogs for very valid reasons - you are an irresponsible dog owner and should be banned from owning a dog.
There is a fence/wall around the property, I do not let my dogs outside the property unless I'm taking them for a walk. They can't get out or jump out, that was my priority before I moved in here to have a place where they can't get out and a big garden to run and play in.

".... no neighbours for 100 metres" that certainly tells us a lot about yourself.
I prefer a quiet neighborhood, and it's certainly quiet here, are you drunk ? it's nothing wrong living like this.

The dogs did as they should and warn you of the presence of a stranger. Give them a treat !
Alternatively, ask him how fast he can run and advise you'll let them out to test him next time....just joking !????
My concern is also that he might come back and try poisoning my dogs/do harm to them, but I'm supervise my dogs when they are in the garden, check the garden for stuff that can poisoning them everyday before I let them out in the garden for play, spoke with am Italian guy the other days that had a friend who two dogs where poison by some neighbors.
I choose to stay here because there are no neighbors within 100 meters.

Yep, your dog sure wont be biting when I wrap this rock around its head
My dogs goes along with other people and other dogs, they are well socialized, and there is a fence around the property, I never let my dogs outside the property unless I have a leash on them.
And by the way ,My dogs wasn't showing their teeth.

Expat in his 50-60s jogging by my house 19:00 today, screaming and yelling at me and my dogs because my dogs barked a bit, a bark doesn't mean the dog is angry, I have been living here for 3 weeks, first time this happened, it's a nice quiet area with no neighbors.
Some thin skinned people here that seems to be looking for trouble and are rude.

I'm imagining a lot of digital nomads, serial tourist visa users and the like with more cosmetic surgery than Michael Jackson wandering the Kingdom if this new visa comes to be ????
of course as there is no visa that fit for those under 50 years/ not married, elite visa are for all ages, but it’s not very economical, it’s time ease on the visa regulations and make people feel welcomed no matter what their age is, if there really was a visa for all with not to many requirements then I’m pretty sure there would have been less use of ed visa and tourist visa.

Tetanus is cheap like a 100 baht. Rabies cost me 3000 baht the first day of injections and wound cleaning. Subsequent 3 days of injections 250 baht each.
If you go to a govt hospital they will send you straight into Emergency so will get treated quickly.
Hopefully your first days injections will be less than i paid, falang dual pricing was alive and wellAlright , what government hospital did you pay 100 baht for the tetanus? If I can ask
-

You need not only tetanus but rabies vaccination unless you are 100% certain the dog was fully vaccinated.
You can get this at any government hospital. if you are in CM city then Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital or Nakornping Hospital. If you are elsewhere in the province please advise where, or ask neighbors where the nearest government hospital is.
You can go in through the ER for this. Don't delay, the sooner the rabies vaccine series is started the better.
Do you know the price ?
-
I got accidentally biten by a dog yesterday, so my question is, anyone that can recommend an affordable clinic or hospital where is can get tetanus shot , and what is the price?
I had had my last tetanus shot back in 2007.
thank you.

The blame lies with the 1984/Animal Farm Government and it's madness at trying to control everyone. Including the locals.
Jomtien beach would be packed like 2004/2005 if western tourists could get back to back 90 day visas and the baht was devalued by 50% or more.
And clean up the garbage big time....
Simple.
So they should devalue their currency so you cheap Charlie’s can live decently again? Most tourists doesn’t care if the baht is 20% stronger than usual, only you poor expats car.

If he reaches Norway he will not be extradited.
They don’t extradite to countries with death penalty.
Death penalty is very rarely used in Thailand, probably 1-2 persons have been executed since 2009. Most foreigners done a crime would never sit 7-8 years in prison and then be sent back to their home country and do their time there.
Numbers executed in 2018Americas (1 country???? United States (25) Asia-Pacific (14 countries???? Afghanistan (3), China (unknown number), Iran (253+), Iraq (52+), Japan (15), North Korea (?), Pakistan (14+), Saudi Arabia (149+), Singapore (13), Syria (unknown number), Taiwan (1), Thailand (1), Vietnam (85), Yemen (4+)

On my trip from Naglua to south Pattaya the other night I had about 60 helmet less motorcycle drivers and passengers on dashcam. If they paid out half the fines in Pattaya I could easily cover my income requirement for an extension.
Why the <deleted> do you care about others safety? If they have an accident that’s not your problem, it wouldn’t hurt you, focus on those <deleted> drunk drivers and running on red light.we are foreigners we are free to move back to the over regulated nanny state <deleted> hole countries were we are governments slaves.
