The “it” I was watching being the NFC Championship game not the Stupor Bowl even I knew that.

It must be rigged. Was actually watching it in then background while doing other thinks. See those fancy pants miners come back from a large deficit. I like the Lions uniforms better and was always told to “hate” the 49ers. 🤔😕😐🤷♂️

What is the benefit to doing it this way vice entering visa exempt then applying for I guess is called non-O conversion with money in Thai bank I would want to get off the NON 0-A bogus insurance goat rope but my schedule of “constant international travel” does not easily allow me to stay long enough to accomplish the conversion extension.

Boeing, Alaska Air, 737 Max9's and statistics
Captain Monday replied to impulse's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I was thinking that too but in this case there is not necessarily extra wide passage no exit just looks like a window over optional the door plug. It might still be a premium seat. -
You said it was suggested that the party was moved ”deliberately by Israel”while admitting traditionally the location was only released the day of the festival. Be careful there. Suggesting that a techno party was moved by the Israel govt to the brunt of an attack they would supposedly have known of in advance to increase a body count? That is ridiculous. You now risk being accused of trading in ”anitsemitic tropes”. There is no conspiracy here, just massive intelligence failure , and very back luck for these party kids. This goes back to the days of underground techno/raves the locations are not released until the last minute as probably do not have all the required permits for such a ropedown, or impossible. These events arranged by promoters for dance music fans and have nothing to do with the government.

Feeling rightly chealenged by the charge that I trade in antisemitic tropes or ”malice" I did a bit of online reading on the subject. It appears that comparisons of Israel’s actions to Naziism is not as you falsely claim ”widely considered to be an expression of antisemitism” but it is actually a subject of debate. A debate where great names of scholarship appear on either side. I am not a scholar and I cant claim to not be ignorant. So, please let me know where I can improve my undersrtanding but if I am forced to accept your failed propagandized definition of antisemitism, there is no way I can deflect the accusation、 and that is not very fair. I may bore you with my definition of antisemitism later, what has nothing to do with a Israel. As for ”a little late”, there is no point there. Consider it tranlated as an exasperated expellation of breath. There was a short on CNN Intl tonite with an aged Holocaust survivor, via Kindertrasport. She stated that humanity has learned nothing in this past 80 plus years. We are doomed.

5 year Drivers License Renewal at Bang Jak on Tourist Visa?
Captain Monday replied to mooping20Baht's topic in Bangkok
1) Can be renewed if expired less than one year -
What is a CAG? Use your common sense I know it is there under the slick rhetoric and programmed talking points. As you likely know a determination of whether crimes against humanity occurred would be made by the judgements of the ICC or other international tribunal. Now, if such a determination would ever be made Israel with full diplomatic cover from Uncle Sam would never allow its officials or Officers be subject to its jurisdiction, judgement or punishment so it hardly matters. As for what Israel "should have" do the framework for such has existed for decades has been known and accepted by "nearly the entire international community" . That being except Israel, US, Nauru, the Republic of Palau and the other client states. It is a little late for that now.

That might be so, to people suffering fundamental misunderstandings.I responsible am not for their false grievance and illigimate feelings. I made a comment about heroic Jewish resistance in the ghetto. I did not compare Jews to Nazis. I compared Israel’s actions to Nazis. To say that is comparing “Jews to Nazis” is just as fallacious as to say that “all Germans were Nazis” Israel is not “Jews”. It is a state created by UN agreement that has rights and responsibilities under international law. One of the problems we have is their propagandists frequently claims to be the representative of all Jews and the state acts in their benefit and even on their behalf. This is a completely false and illegitimate claim to be roundly rejected. Further lately if you listen to the talking heads on CNN etc and down you will hear that any criticism of Israels actions is antisemitism. Even the BDS movement is antisemitism. Well these talking heads have a very warped and definition of it the word. I am sure you are aware many fundamentalist Jews do not agree with the existence/concept of a Jewish state under religious grounds at all. Are they antisemites?

Children throwing rocks convicted to long sentences under military courts or indefinite detention under no conviction at all. An interesting point. Yes I’m sure as if resistance in the Warsaw ghetto was a crime under German “law” in Nazi occupation Arab children throwing stones on heavily armed soldiers is a crime. As a member of the UN under its charter a disproportionate military response (such as dropping 2000 pound bombs in built up areas with zero regard for the civilian inhabitants thereof) is not a crime of course? You must be a rare man of Genius Jing or are simply trolling here making this ludicrous post.

That is not how a lease works. Usually it says you pay for 12 months. Then when you move out they check for damages then reduce deposit returned reduced based on the amount of repairs needed Nothong says you can stop paying two months early then claim you don’t need your deposit back. That typical thinking of the scouse brain trust. in this case the original owner is broke and if the bank owns it now they should contact them maybe work out a deal.
-
Here is my understanding You signed a rental. In any such contract both sides have rights and responsibilities. He can’t hold up his end of the bargain forclosed. Forget about getting your deposit back unless you want to make a point spending more money on lawyers than it constitutes. You think you can get blood from a stone you admit the owner is broke. Time to move house and let it go. Nothing in your rental agreement with this defaulted former owner says you can stay two extra months so that in your mind your feel you are not out of pocket. This is the same mentality of the scroungers who don’t pay the last month or two rent and flee Thailand thinking they are smart not worried about return of deposit.

In such a situations there are victims on all sides. When those actually responsible never held to account A proxy war where the major players whether or not parties to the relevant treaties of international law and international humanitarian law do not allow themselves to be subject to it. In fact international law is referenced in only an abstract way when it benefits the intransigent positions of those capable of doing anything to solve it.

I do not have ability at this moment to read a Hamas propaganda screed. Nor can I stomach Israel repetitively and accurately pointing out that Hamas uses the Paletinian people as human shields, while the IDF ”take maximum measures to avoid civilian casualties”. Israel takes the same level of precautions to avoid civilian casualties in Gaza as a gardener hunting for gophers takes to avoid the thousands of ants and worms extirpated whilst digging up the ground with a pick-axe. With the exact same level of concern for the welfare and fate of those insects.

Another jab from the now obviously fallible Pandit No, I did never say banks would be closing aliens’ accounts. Anyone who can read can see that. Thank you for simply putting words in my mouth while quoting me accurately. Proving your assault once again vainglorious and hollow. I suggested the way things are going they would be linked to the aliens visa, extention or permit to stay. Like is the case in other jusirdictions. Fine Lilliputian colleague, the banks in these countries don’t suddenly close your account. They simply send you a friendly email or letter reminding you to update your visa details prior to their expiry so you may continue to use your account without interruption before it is frozen. And why should anyone worry about that? I am not actually required to prove evidence of my so-called ”scaremongering” whilst I offer hypotheses, speculation or infer future trends in the banking forum now am I ? Feel free to continue to participate simply attacking small details of what people post without contributing anything useful or interesting.

Pink Id card for foreigners
Captain Monday replied to Enquiry123's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Worthless? Rubbish. Just because something is not absolutely ”necessary or needed” does not make it worthless. It can be substituted for a COR when demanded, in my experience, and thus avoding the hassle and cost of aquiring a certificate of residence again and again.
