US credit cards don't use PIN codes except for cash advances. Debit cards yes. In Asia they sometimes make you sign looks like in Corea and Japan all the cars have pins. I would not say that. Feral pigs are a big problem in US I saw this tv program where pit-bulls are sicced on giant hogs to maul and pin them down in the bush, until the hunters can catch up. The dogs appear to LOVE what they do and are obviously dangerous and bred for aggression. Of course they should be kept in secure kennels and never let around strangers. Like leaving a loaded gun around where kids can get to it. Will not be long until a tragedy occurs.

There are plenty of stories where people cared for their pitbulls just fine. Then they turned on them or their children suddenly and mauled/ killed. Timebombs

Good luck with a baton. When I was a teenager I was banging on 3 dogs with a piece of 2x4 lumber they would not stop fighting until a neighbor came out and dumped water on them. The situation was I was walking my large male German shepherd dog and the two dogs who always barked from behind a fence got out somehow. They were only medium size/labs or something but they got my dog from both sides of the neck and he didn't have a chance. Not much of a fighter I guess. Last time in US when one of these pitbulls lunged at me while being walked by a girl who could barely control it got me thinking. Probably need a gun.

Maybe ridiculous. But think how much better we would be if people were held responsible for their actions or inactions? You know you have a dangerous animal and you have encouraged it to be so. Then it gets loose and kills somebody. Pure negligence

Well, any dogs with out owners revert to their non pet/animalistic nature as can be seen in any Soi, a danger. Native American reservations have the same social problem with people tolerating and feeding them, then every once in while a somebody is killed or mauled. The owners are "bad" because they want an aggressive and dangerous animal, then don't control it or take responsibility for their livestock. You see them in my country covered in tatoos being dragged around by a pitbull or two on heavy chains. "Look how tough I am". Pitbulls are obviously dangerous and bred for aggression, I just don't blame the dog for being a vicious animal same as I would not blame a tiger for coming out of the jungle and taking some livestock. Should they be banned, yes. How to do that in a practical way?

A standard poodle is a powerful animal. Toy poos and pomeranians can be very aggressive and I see people indulge them because they can't really hurt anybody maybe a child. You never seem to hear about Golden Retrievers etc. suddenly turn against their owners. It is always a pitbull. I don't have the answer but where I stay in US if I go out on a walk 50 percent plus of the dogs you see now are pitbulls. When I was a kid you hardly saw one.

For attacking 10 people. the beast should have been destroyed years ago. There is nothing such as a bad dog, only bad owners. When an attack occurs people who keep a dangerous dog should be punished as if they committed the assault themselves.
