Ok, what percentage of the Thai population has been smoking dope for centuries?
You are the one making the argument, you tell us what facts you are basing that on.

Not ready? Thais have been smoking dope for centuries. ????♂️
This is the same retarded argument that was used in the west by the moral crusaders. Recreational use has been legal in Canada for 4 years now. Guess how many of the dooms day predictions came true?
Recreational use is actually down among teenagers now. Partly because it's not considered to be cool or a way to rebel against your parents anymore.

i figured they meant import when they said import strains. almost everything is an import strain here barring a few local landrace.
Yes, it's mostly imported strains as far as I can tell, not actual imported cannabis unless it's black market. Why would they even bother doing that when Thailand has the ideal climate and low labor rates to grow it cheaply in Thailand without the need for expensive hydroponics and lights?
A lot of strains prefer low humidity so only some strains would grow well in Thailand. Same strains they grow in Florida I suppose.

Blue Dream
Northern Lights
Zkittlez
White Widow
Blue Cheese
Banana Kush

thanks for the advice , is working also with jdownloader or only browser ?
I don't know what jdownloader is. VPNs work on the network layer. Applications like browsers, file managers, torrent clients, netflix clients etc. typically work on the higher layers so just about anything should work as long as it doesn't try do anything funky on the network layer.

yes but all vpn are 100 bucks x 1 year id like not pay for that
I use this one. $40/yr. for one year or $26/yr if you pay for 3 years. Just buy one month for $12 to see if it does the job for you then get the annual or 3 year deal.

You suggested it may be blocked in Thailand. A VPN will get around that.

Just use a VPN.

I have lots of friends here
You have friends? Why are they here if Thailand sucks so bad. Don't you all have better things to do?

Then why are you here?

I'm fairly confident that Dynavap is 100% legal in Thailand.
Dry Herb / Tobacco vaping is not what they made illegal in Thailand.
Even if it has the same name "vaping", that is not what is illegal in Thailand.
It is the e-liquid, and the e-liquid vapes that remain illegal.
I think e-liquid is a term used more for tobacco vaping.
For cannabis vaping you typically use a disposable "vape cartridge" that screws into a battery. That is my preferred delivery method. The big advantage is that there is little or no odor so you can vap just anywhere. Even indoors in a no smoking hotel room. It doesn't make a mess and nothing to clean up. Just throw away the cartridge when all the oil inside is used up.
Since extracts are still illegal in Thailand I guess vaping bud is the next best thing.

This is perhaps a controversial idea, but I can share what've done (successfully) two times: I just edited an old Airplane ticket/booking in Adobe Reader and printed it out. Staff at the counter just checked the tickets date and voila - I was able to enter.
Embassies as well air counter staff *do* have access to a database showing if a ticket is live or not, but I would argue it's used rarely.
The airline could very well blacklist you if you are caught doing that, which is as easy as them checking the booking number as you pointed out.

I have physically examined several in person, and viewed a lot via LINE stores. They are in original packaging, with valid control codes, and California triangle. A package was intercepted yesterday at Suvarnabhumi. So just stop.
These importing efforts are being managed by powerful groups/people. You can even find vape carts/disposables from the U.S.
If they are 'intercepting' them at the airport what does that tell you? I'll wait for you to connect the dots. Must be all that pot you're smoking.

Yes, illegal to export from the U.S. Import into Thailand may be possible if following allt he regulations. The chap who got clipped yesterday at Suvarnabhumi (9.5 Kg/21 pounds) had the package labelled "Christmas Decorations".
Yes, most of the quality cannabis here is domestically grown using imported seedstocks.
But there is quite a large amount of Cannabis illegally imported from the U.S. being sold here. Mostly from California and Washington state. I've seen a dozen + brands here (Cookies, Connected Cannabis, Stiizy), and it is marketed as "imported" with per gram prices in the 650 - 900 range. I assume cohorts in the U.S are legally buying pounds, say from Cookies ($4,000 plus CA taxes which are ~ 17-ish %), then air-freighting those to Thailand.
There is a glut in the U.S. and a pent-up demand market here, able to resell ultra-high quality flower.
Imported probably just means the seeds are imported. Unless it says "grown in the US" or something like that. Exporting cannabis from the US is highly illegal as far as I know and I doubt Thai authorities will take kindly to undeclared imported stuff (if it's even possible to import legally) competing with domestic growers. They have a history of cracking down hard on stuff like that.

Staying six months per year on visa exempt entries (in the manner implied by the OP) should be possible. If trying to stay more than six months out of the year, you should avoid airports, entering by land, and find friendly embassies/consulates who will give you visas. You will also need to develop a thick skin if posting here, as some members consider it terrible that you stay here for fun longer than a few weeks a year.
They are just jealous.

The multi-entry tourist visa is a PiTA to get now. They want an itinerary for each exit/entry beforehand including pre-purchased tickets. If you plan to do land border runs I am not sure if attaching a note explaining that would suffice.

Yes.. in the first wave of (natural) euphoria post -legalization I just said "give me some of that..and that"
Now, after a couple of the varieties being too wet, I intend to be more critical..
A lot of talk about American imports. Some of which I have purchased. Colt 45, Biscotti. These are well-cured, dense buds.. From @WorldWideWeed in Pattaya. More shopping opportunities in Bangkok.
I don't think cannabis export from US and/or import to Thailand is allowed, so I think everything is domestically grown. They probably imported those seeds.

I use a dry herb vaporizer exclusively, so nothing gets burned.
I am assuming you can buy those in Thailand yes? I don't want to smoke anything. I prefer vape oil cartridges (no fuss, no mess, little or no smell, precise THC/CBD content on the label) but since that is not technically legal in Thailand then a dry herb vaporizer is the next best thing.
From what I have read, vaporizing is much much better for your lungs because it's not heated up to ignition, so no burning and therefore no smoke goes in your lungs.

These agents set up an account & basically use it to allow expats to meet the criteria but the expats never had that 400-800k so yeah it was faked
...
...
Once again, nobody is faking documents. What you just said they do does not involve any fake documents. If they were actually faking documents they wouldn't even need to do that step.

They are a bunch of bitter expats who want to blame all their problems on Thailand. These people would be unhappy no matter where they go. Of course that doesn't stop them from constantly threatening to go somewhere else, as if anyone will miss them if they do.

(tamruat phom tree) And he told me faking anything with the paper work or likewise you are presenting to any official place is illegal. About visa or not. Any fake documents. Please note that he is not an immigration officer but the biggest police in this amphue.
and i explained him about the situation and again he told me its a crime. well of course i kept details. i always use 'what if'. but still it seems these agencies are really illegal and against the law.. you cannot do it. the main point is.. you are bribing an official government worker via agency or not.
so i was wondering... if this is real.. why we can talk or even advertise about agencies? this forum can advice or suggest something illegal? if so.. why many things deleted about this but not about agencies?!
Nobody is faking any documents, but thanks for playing. ????

Most (all?) EVA/China air international economy seat configurations are now 10 across rows. It used to be 9. I think they may try squeeze in more rows as well. Some other carriers are still 9 across for a similar price. I won't fly EVA anymore because of this. I really notice the narrower seat on a 12 hour flight and I am not a very big/wide guy.
Seatguru.com can help you figure out seat configurations for various airlines. -

Without vision, there's not much to see. Why involve yourself with things you dont understand?
Transferring funds around the world with bitcoin is superior to any "regular" services, if you know your way around. Regular bank transfer to thai banks takes a day or two i would assume, AND carries fees. With bitcoins, you can run to ATM in minutes.
Wise transfers often happen within minutes. Are you going to try tell us that Bitcoin invented money wiring and international ATM transactions now and nobody else is doing that? ????♂️
How much are you paying for those bitcoin ATM withdrawals. Fees are often 10% or more. Never mind the fact your money is tied up in Bitcoin which has gone down around 50% in the last few months.
How many Bitcoin ATMs are even in Thailand? A quick google search says 6, in all of Thailand. Only one in Pattaya, and what are the odds it's out of money or not working? Of course that could have changed and there are none now for all I know.
