A rather typical statement in this day and age, and very much to be expected. The idea of moderation just doesn't seem to be quite as common in politics anymore, and there's an awful lot of extremism on both sides both with the progressive liberals and with many of the Trump Republicans.
Ah yes, the both sides. Like arsonists and firefighters. Just two sides of the same coin.
There are no both sides when one side doesn't even want to recognize elections anymore. More proof of how disconnected you are.

Well for one thing Trump has given people permission to be racist, he has given them permission to hate, and he has given them permission to be intolerant. I used to pride myself in thinking that I came from a nation that was one of the most tolerant in the world. I was so wrong about that.
I do understand some of the support that he has. As a centrist democrat I'm not particularly enchanted with the alternative, but I will take her over him. I would take Miley Cyrus over him,, I would take Pauly Shore over him.
Anytime I hear anyone try describe themselves as some sort of centrist I just laugh. That means they are probably wishy-washy enough be convinced to vote for just about anyone depending on what kind of pony someone promises them. Kinda like libertarians.

A childless GOP candidate (Derrick Anderson) borrowing a friends wife and kids for a photo op is not weird at all.

The idea that 2 election workers were harmed to the tune of 50x what they'd make in their lifetime, is ridiculous.
That Giuliani was disbarred in a venue that votes over 90% blue surprises nobody, but infuriates a lot of voters.

It's pretty sad when a so called 'poltiical party' is so full of lemmings and cult worshippers that it's considered a big deal when a handful of them don't tow the party line.

Unfortunately,
Post Covid excuses from airlines and other nonsense, it is what it is these days.
Yes, of course, Thai nationals pay the same for flights.
I haven't found any shortcuts to get better deals.
They usually have a coupon code box on their website. Do a search on the internet for that airline and try some codes.

Seems like you dont know much. Each time I have flown home to the west coast of America for the last 40 years I have made stops in Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong and Seoul. I have yet to clear customs and my luggage is checked through. There is always a dedicated transfer area and you are kept well clear of customs. You do have to go through security again in some of them.
Taipei is like that, but it's very low security and minimal hassle. I don't even bother taking my laptop out of my bag for the xray and have never had a problem.

Yep, this should work as it did for many others. I just think IOs will check on your reentry if you are still engaged in the activity you got the DTV based upon. If all you can show is a dental cleaning appointment months ago they might refuse you entry, not even granting you a visa exemption stamp because you already stayed in Thailand for half a year.
Getting the DTV seems pretty easy, but maintaining it could be challenging.
The only thing I have read about needing to show additional paperwork for once approved is another bank statement if you want to extend another 180 days. If they were to get nitpicky about anything it probably would be the people re-entering in that category though.

I had to google uniparty. Never heard of it. The first sentence included the names Ralph Nader and Steve Bannon and that's all I needed to know. 🤡

The south still hasn't gotten over losing the civil war and seems to want a rematch. I think a good portion of real America is fed up with them and would love to give them another spanking to put them back in their place.

Anyone here believe this?
Just a sign of how desperate the convicted felon fraudser is to come up with some BS that sticks.

Isn't this just a new twist on what Thaskin did to indirectly buy votes?

Monday should be a big day. The Saudis and Russians have been prepped to prop up the stock.
Someone dumped millions of shares on Friday, who could that have been?
I believe insiders need to disclose within 2 business days. So I guess we will find out then.

Do yourself a favor and add that account to your ignore list. I just wish the ignore feature also ignored the quotes.

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II

So what is the current consensus on ATM withdrawals from non-Thai bank accounts? Taxable, not taxable, depends on the phases of the moon?
