I'm struggling with my 2 daughters that I love very much. I don't have time for myself, I have to be the mother and the father, running between nursery school, begging people and paying them a lot to pick them up from school. I come back at 6:30 wash their clothes, prepare food play with them, police them when they fight run after them then in no time it's time to sleep. I start work since I got my visa and work permit process. I work 6 days a week. Wake up at 5:30 am to prepare everything for my girls and come back home at 6:30 pm.

I offered her to pay for hospital and when we met I told her I don't want children now. She has also to take responsibility for her action. She wanted a child despite what I want. And also I don't have enough money for this, my wife took everything.

She said they get it all from Ratchaburi where there is a lot of coconut farm. He just buy from the farm, take the flesh out and resell it. He has around 30 workers doing this every day. Just wonder why he says there is nothing in June

Hi everyone, My ex wife share a coconut business with her new boyfriend, she said he makes around 600 000 per month in Ratchaburi by buying coconuts from farmers and reselling them. But this month there is a problem apparently and there is no coconuts, she said that there is coconut all year round but I heard that there is some months with high production and some with very low production. So is there some sort of coconut season?

Also there is some documents about the taxes to show, anyone knows what it is?

My visa is non O as a father of a thai, I'm married as well. The company has around 30 or 50 labors and no Farangs. I will ask for the 1 million bahts capital. They never provide work permit before. They will pay me around 70 000 with some benefits and they would prefer me to take care of the work permit process. I have no clue of the process and want to be sure that nothing is forgotten and want to be relieved of the stress. I suppose that the agency is also passing some money under the table which would help the process.

It's a small company and the owner asked me to handle it. Any reputable agencies?

no he said we can't get the non O with 400 000 for only one day however he can give me 2 month to visit my wife to have time to hold the 400 000 for 2 months. It's complicated for me to hold this 400 000 now. So maybe I can give up the 400 000 and try in Savanakhet. Other option is a business visa and I would take an agency to help me.

We went to the immigration but the officer said that there is no non O with only one day of 400 000 and he gave us a different document list than Ubon Joe. However he said we can get 60 days to visit my wife. He told us to come back on monday with the documents he asked us, the problem will be the 400 000 for 2 months. At this point would it be easier for me to go to savanakhet or try the business visa? I could go to savanakhet and get extension with my salary later?

I will go for the marriage visa as my wife wants us to go back together, I will come back home 2 times a month. I will explain to the immigration that I will be working and for the extension will use my salary as a proof instead of the 400 000.

if I do a visa based upon marriage can I switch after as a father of a thai national? and if I do a visa as a father should the mother come with me where I work or can I do it where she lives?

Can I still do the visa as a father in Ratchaburi despite living with my kids in Si Racha? they are still under her tabien ban in Ratchaburi It may be also easier to do a marriage visa and explain them that I will probably move to work in Si Racha soon. Would it be a problem?
