They’re going to put up extravagant window dressing that appears on the surface to show rules are being observed and enforced and literally nothing will change. Thai street markets are still open after 8pm off main roads. Nobody is vaccinated. It’s pretty comical. The theoretical covid particles would be dispersed rapidly in open air especially when you’re moving relatively fast. Covid is only a serious concern if you’re sitting inside with no ventilation for an extended period of time close to other people (IMO)
