    I Googled this and someone on Reddit 3 months ago said foreigners can no longer have a new card. Only locals can. Foreigners now need to down the MRT app and register. No idea if this is true.

    Maybe they are not issuing new cards. I did read recently that plans were underway to have a new card that can be used on the MRT, BTS & public buses. Didn't say when this would be however.

    I don't use their services, but I'm on Thai Visa Center's mailing list. Received an email from them saying despite some agencies having problems in the Pattaya region it's 'business as usual' for us. We are still able to assist retirees from Chiang Mai down to Phuket. (I don't know if they ever obtain extensions from Jomtien though)

    Great win for Orient at Wrexham last night in the league. Playoffs are certainly possible.

    Liverpool's third game is home to Newcastle. They also can be good on their day although usually at home. I think Liverpool will be more than happy with 7 pts from the 3 matches. Let's wait and see what happens. Interesting.

    Not sure about Brighton winning at St James' Park. If Newcastle win hopefully they'll be drawn home to City next round or perhaps Villa vs City.

    FA Cup: 🏆 Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea & Spurs are all out. Would be nice if City, Utd (Newcastle) followed suit. Let's hope for a more interesting & different kind of final. Maybe: Villa vs Forest. Brighton vs Bournemouth. Fulham vs Palace.

    Bangkok is just the same. Always look down while walking. Holes, broken tiles, dogs' mess. Not fun in the evening during rainy season. And as for crossing the road .....

    The Cherries actually didn't deserve to lose that game. As for struggling, just look at the team closest to my hometown ... Gillingham.

    That's one of the main questions yet to be clear. Some say you need to file as it's above the threshold of 60k, 120k etc, even if you don't owe tax due to allowances.
