  1. What are the chances that it costs even greater?
  2. OP is not getting any product at the moment and has no idea about the price. He's doing his research first. My suggestion was to check the closest franchised Bluescope store. Those stores mostly deal with residential customers, not companies. Which is the reason for the network's creation.
  3. What does that mean?. Can you please translate to all us non-professionals?
  4. From what I see the OP is looking for available options for insulated metal roof. What is wrong with my suggestion?
  5. @indyo Just go to the closest Bluescope franchised store. They are placed all over the country and shouldn't be too far from your locality. You might remember seeing this road sign. That's them. They will take your order and sell all needed parts and accessories. They will also measure your roof if not already done by your roofing contractor. Last time I checked they were selling two grades of Bluescope branded rolled roof metal - Colorbond and Zacs. Zacs is being the cheaper product with shorter warranty. Can't go wrong with either. The shop will also apply a layer of PU insulation during production (if opted for) in your preferred thickness - 25mm, 50mm etc IMO, 25mm is sufficient. BlueScope-ZacsĀ®-Brochure-Thailand.pdf
  6. I have yet to see a single example of a foam expansion joint used in concrete work. At least not in residential properties. On lazada I've found large sheets of foam made from the same as pictured material (expanded polyethylene).
  7. I'm about to start a project of concreting my driveway along with the yard. I want to install expansion foam in several joints. Searched for the product but couldn't locate anything similar to joint expansion foam on Lazada. Doesn't anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
  8. They have a bunch of overpriced Hanna meters of questionable accuracy. Along with regular OTO drop tests that are hard to read and become inaccurate with elevated Chlorine levels. They don't have anything to test CYA and Alkalinity in salt water.

  10. Vinyl planks are known for outgassing phthalates. Different brands outgass different amounts - impossible to say how much without expensive lab testing.
  11. Does that sign represent "quality" of water? ????
  12. No proper test kits are available for sale in Thailand.
  13. Never mind. Greenhouse cover plastic is thick enough to use in place of builders plastic - not as thick but should suffice.
  14. Can you (or anyone else) please post a link to this product? I was searching around Lazada and HomePro but coudn't locate anything similar. All my searches have returned thin wrapping plastic, masking films or greenhouse covers. The greenhouse/shed cover is being the closest match.
  15. Thank you for the info. Will ask my builder to follow your advice.
  16. A layer of striped-blue plastic sheets? Instead of sand?
  17. Yeah, the price difference is not significant between those two if you need a 3HP pump. btw, are you sure you need a 3HP one? If your pool is not huge then you might be overpaying for an oversized pump. A bigger than necessary pump would also be consuming more energy over the smaller one at the same running rpms. If you want to save on electricity by keeping the pump running 24/7 at the lowest possible speed then don't forget to make sure to determine the pump's lowest running rpm threshold where your SWG shuts itself down.
  18. Emaux is a Chinese brand that is not marketed in western countries. It might be sold in Australia as a discounted brand. I think that being the reason for no reviews. Pentair IntelliFlo3 is obviously a much higher quality product compared to Emaux SPV or newer Emaux EPV. But it comes at a huge price premium. btw, what's the price difference? Is it 2 or 3 times more expensive? For basically the same efficiency.
  19. Will speak to the builder tomorrow regarding my discovery ("missing" rod). Any suggestions on what to ask? It's a fairly large builder working on multiple houses at any given time. They've been pretty responsive to my concerns during the build. My house's been permitted and built according to regulations. I'm kind of confused now after reading @bluejets comments on the reasonable length of the rod. Yes, If rectifying on my own I would just follow his advice. But in this case it's still fully a responsibility of the builder - the house hasn't been fully finished yet. Now that I've discovered the problem on my own, should I make a "demand" for the Earth/Ground system to be installed according to Thai regulations (240cm) and not a cm less? How about the exothermic weld? Should I "demand" that the install is done 100% according to regulations? Asking since the rod omission is a bad case of negligence on their part.
  20. A question for everyone... Are they really marked?
  21. Thanks, I've mistyped. I've checked HomePro. The rode selection on their site is 30cm, 100cm, 180cm, 240cm and 300.
  22. Thank you for the detailed write-up. I'll ask my builder to install a 180cm (8ft) copper-clad ground rod combined with a clamp.
  23. And might turn out as the wrong direction in the end. Lots of long term unknowns. Continuous surface moisture effects on the paint layer under the hot Sun. Effects of multiple thermal expansion/contraction cycles on the wall's structural layer (if not sprayed continuously). Potential foundation over-saturation and related damage. Just to name a few...
