  1. Watergate Prosecutor Names 'Best' Criminal Charge For Trump, America ""President Donald Trump could now be charged with a number of crimes — but one key offense would keep him out of federal office forever", Watergate prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks said on MSNBC Friday. Wine-Banks said the “best” crime for Trump is 18 U.S.C. § 2383 — the crime of “rebellion or insurrection” against the U.S. — because the penalty is tougher than just prison time. “The reason is that the penalty for 2383 is not just jail; it is being barred from ever holding federal office again,” Wine-Banks explained, “and for me, that would be a more important goal than jailing the former president.”"
  2. Interesting? If you say so. Personally I hope all those who worked for trump and did quit in disgust or got fired at best get jobs flipping burgers. Wouldn't mind if the lot of them ended up homeless. And as for the main culprit? Well, if you have the ultimate responsibility and commit the ultimate act of treason then it's only fair you get the ultimate punishment.
  3. "......prison snitch." Substitute those letters with one of the first letters in the alphabet and we're in agreement.
  4. And just why are you focusing on a few extremists?
  5. Well done to your wife but why would you start a thread about it? To be honest no one cares except for those who know her.
  6. Right-Wing Lawmaker's 'BEST' Trump Question Backfires Spectacularly On Twitter LOL, have a look!
  7. Former White House chief of staff says Trump should be most worried about evidence the January 6 panel may have for obstruction of justice "The former acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney wrote on Wednesday that in his view the real threat to former President Donald Trump was evidence that might lead to accusations of obstruction of justice. Mulvaney wrote that he had previously defended the former president against claims that he did "anything illegal or criminal" in relation to the Capitol riot. He said he was having difficulty maintaining that position, however, particularly after Hutchinson's testimony, which he said he found "eminently credible.""
  8. Stephen Colbert Spots One Of The Most Awkward Fox News Moments Yet "Stephen Colbert said this week’s Jan. 6 committee testimony was so bad for former President Donald Trump that “even Fox News didn’t know how to spin it.” Fox News anchor Bret Baier called it “really, really powerful,” which led to about five seconds of awkward silence as neither John Roberts nor Sandra Smith knew quite how to react. “Sandra, are you still here?” Roberts finally asked."????
  9. Right-Wing News Site Declares Trump 'Unfit To Be Anywhere Near Power Ever Again' "New testimony from the most recent Jan. 6 committee hearing shows that former President Donald Trump is a “disgrace” who is “unfit to be anywhere near power ever again,” according to right-wing news website the Washington Examiner. “Hutchinson’s testimony confirmed a damning portrayal of Trump as unstable, unmoored, and absolutely heedless of his sworn duty to effectuate a peaceful transition of presidential power,” the site concluded. “Trump is a disgrace and the Republicans have far better options to lead the party in 2024.""
  10. Yes, let's not bring radical theories like it not being right to punch women even if you're married to them to Thailand! Status quo is obviously better. Of course, the thousands upon thousands of victims of domestic abuse might have a different opinion....
  11. So you're one of them? OK then. PS. I really hate slow play and don't mind mentioning that to the Tiger wannabes who stand over a 4' put for minutes before hitting and lipping out, followed by a minute of eye rolling, another look at the line and vigorous head-shaking. *****s the lot of them.
  12. "Thailand is a world leader for female CEOs......." Interesting. Do you have a link to a credible source corroborating that claim? "................., but doesn't have rabid rad fems calling for a war on boys. Says a lot about the difference here and the West." Not sure that's a positive for Thailand as domestic violence is endemic in Thai society. I could very well understand if they had a few (hyperbole alert) "rabid rad fems calling for a war on boys". https://www.thaipbsworld.com/survey-shows-75-of-thai-women-experience-domestic-violence-more-than-once/
  13. "Oh. I thought you were suggesting someone had cut and pasted a block of text?" Yep, correct. "That's what you asked for ,the link. But if you can't find a link or there is none or you don't really want to find it.You are not making a point!" <Insert meme about something going over someone's head> "Anyway, just in case you have a genuine or sincere desire to find a link then now you know I actually knew that Google can be used for such things already but thanks anyway.
  14. So true. She and Kinzinger are just about the only GOP reps who are not amoral spineless maggots.
  15. I wasn't really interested in finding the text quoted, I was making a point.
  16. Thanks for opening with that so that I could safely ignore the rest of your post(s).
  17. Maybe we should think about Thais electing whoever they want without interference from the old elite. How about that? But I guess it's too much to ask for. When their place at the trough is threatened they will again instigate a coup and Thailand will be back to square one. The funny thing is that they're cheered on by a few foreigners who actually believe the utter tripe about them wanting to improve and reform Thailand.
  18. Oh you poor man! Nobody can really understand the hell we're going through as white men. Scorned, shunned, marginalized.....I can't take it anymore!
  19. Don't expect an answer soon, I hear Google translate works very slowly in Russia.
