Thailand is not a vassal state of China. 4. Absent police. 5. Action only taken after 'social media outrage'. 6. Did the company renting out the water truck have any questions? 7. I am going to guess you cannot drive a water truck on a car licence. I will say it again (and be flamed for saying it). If you consider avoiding injury a good idea, avoid the water-throwing battlefields. There is considerable danger from a wide variety of potential accidents and negligent behaviour.
