Fair enough, each to there own. I just think it's wrong in a civilized society. By condoning the death penalty, you then need to except the crimes that are deemed worthy of it no matter what country it is. I used Iran as an example ( executing people for being gay) and not the usual one (we all know what that one is ) I just cant be part of it. Good day.

Do a bit of research. Its not a deterrent. In the USA, it costs more to execute someone than to keep him in jail for his life.

Iran has the death penalty, just for being gay, same a a few other countries. I just can't condone the death penalty. as angary i may be of what others have done. it's not a deterrent. and mistakes are made, look at resent years in the usa. Also the uk where I'm from, the last man executed in the uk was innocent.

I hope this is the case. But I'm not 100% convinced, I want to see some fresh info from the revenue department on this, before it's party time for me. Not going to import any funds for the next year. just going to sit and wait, see what rolls down hill.

Your extension renewal date will not change, year in year out. need to leave the country for that and start visa application all over again. Ps not all offices are 45 days, some are 30.

Had the BMW smart car round the other day ( can't say the same for the occupants) To check I lived there and log the GPS coordinates into there system. So they won't need a hand drawn map next time. Oh yes they bloody will. TIT.

Filling a water bottle instead of buying one more plastic bottle to be thrown in the trash. Gets the thumbs up from me. and I don't care, who or where, they fill them up. it's not sad in my book to do this.
