  1. That's good. I don't have to stress to apply for this tourist visas haha
  2. Ok thanks for letting me know
  3. Ok but they are valid up to 48 hours and it takes up to 15 days for the e-visa approval
  4. Ok thank you very much for all the information. I am going to talk with my friend and tell him all the options he has
  5. Ok thanks for the information. What about to rent tickets flights for the visa application? Does it work or not? Because I think they aren't 100% legitimate
  6. are you sure the airline company will give refund 100%? I have heard some airline don't give refund fast, you must wait a long time
  7. Are you meaning that in case my friend might arrive to thailand and he might get the visa approved later, he can just exit thailand and come back showing the e-visa METV at the airport?
  8. And thai embassy in italy wants to see 2 inbound and 2 outbound flights for the METV application. My friend isn't really happy with this requirement, because the METV fee is a bit expensive
  9. He is from italy. He is afraid that on May the free 60 days exemption will be already cancelled and dropped to 30 days again, so he is thinking to just apply for METV, to be safe. I don't know if this makes sense honestly
  10. he told me that his embassy will take up to 14 days for the visa approval. So, when do you think it should be a good time to apply? Maybe around 22th april?
  11. A friend of mine needs advice when is the right time to apply for an e-visa METV. He told me he will arrive to thailand on 10th may
  12. there are border run agency that let you avoid 2 nights stay in laos but you must pay a bit more. I don't know if people with non o visa can use border run agency
  13. Curios to know what would happen if someone put a fake accommodation address on the TM6 card or digital and then will go to another place after arriving to Thailand lol
  14. I wouldn't think too much about on how to fill out an online tm6(tdac) it is very easy. Basically is the same as you have done before when you arrived to Thailand. It would only take a few minutes, just put your personal information, flights, accomodation address, etc. About ETA, it has to be done on the e-visa website I think, but it should be easy as well, just put some information, as if you have to apply for a tourist visa
  15. It's not stressful to show all these paperworks every time you need to extend a DTV? Does it really make sense if you already got a visa approved for 5 years?
  16. I just would like to know if onward tickets are accepted for METV application on the e-visa website, in case i might end up to come back to thailand with a visa. I am still thinking
  17. ok thanks. Is it fine to upload onward flights for visa application for the thai embassy in my country?
  18. Can you show the onward ticket on the phone or better to print it out?
  19. I am 30 years old I will be in chiang rai yes, DTV sounds good but for now i am ok to stay in thailand for 6 or maximum 9 months
  20. Ok thanks for the info. I saw that METV is a bit expensive and now you can still get 60 days for free so i am thinking to just come to thailand visa exempt 60 days, then i will extend for 30 days at my local immigration. I will do 2 border run that would give me the opportunity to stay 6 months more, so i could stay for a total of 9 months, without having to apply for a METV I've already purchased a ticket flight from my country to thailand. I still got much time to apply for a visa or not. am still thinking if apply for a METV or just fly without a visa, just buy an onward ticket that i can show to the airline prior the departure, in case they may ask
  21. Sorry once again. But if i may enter thailand visa exempt i don't risk being able to do only one border run and not 2 border run in a calendar year? So maybe it would have more sense to apply for a single tourist visa, so i can have the possibility to do 2 border run in a calendar year that would give me the opportunity to stay in thailand for at least 9 months. 60 days tourist visa plus 30 days extension, then 1 border run of 60 days and 30 days extension and repeat the process with a second and last border run of 60 days plus 30 days extension, total 9 months of stay. Without waste too much money for a METV
  22. I just saw your reply sorry to repeat the same question. Ok cool, thanks for all the info!
  23. Ok great. But if I might decide to apply for a METV let's say the last week of June, the embassy wouldn't mind when they'll see that I booked a flight to Thailand early on march?
