    UPDATE immigration told me I don't need to apply for a new tm30 as I come back to the same address

    It's an awesome luxury hotel, staff told me that immigration ask them to check farang passport when they arrive, because they want to be sure he has a valid visa and don't stay here illegally

    I Just checked in at hotel in Pattaya. They asked to see my passport but told me that there is no need I change TM 30 again

    I have a Thai driving license as well, so maybe I could try to show it for avoiding the hotels to update my address and change tm30 again

    Well, no problem, I will change tm30 again in case my local immigration may need. But what about 90 days report? Nothing will change is that right? My next 90 days will be on August

    It's very annoying to change tm30 every time you want to visit another city in Thailand

    I am going to travel in another city with my Thai wife, we will stay in a few hotels for at least one week and after we will come back to hour house. I need to know if I will also have to make a new tm30 at my local immigration when I will come back to my wife's house or isn't necessary

    Honestly I knew that there was something weird, I mean that he was very quiet in the last months, he even stopped to answer me. I am so sorry that he is dead! He was a very good person, I could feel that, even if I never meet him. REST IN PEACE JOE

    Just got the third year final stamp based on marriage. I was on under consideration, went to the immigration today, they stamp the final extension! Didn't even ask me to see if I still have 400k in my bank account. Everything easy and fast, well done immigration ????????

    Many are working here from home, for a company that is abroad, and they never needed that all is legal

    I am too young to stay on a retirement visa, but I can say that I've never had any type of issue with an extension based on marriage. I pay only 1900 bhat a year at my local immigration office and my Thai wife pays almost everything for me

    A friend of mine needs copy wife's tabian baan for renewal extension based on marriage but he can't find it in his house. How can he do now? Can his Thai wife get a new one at the amphur?

    Why don't you renew your passport first and after that enter Thailand? Easy... I would never enter thailand with less than 6 month valid passport!
