And no problem when he will have to go to the immigration passport control the day he will fly out of thailand? Money is not a problem for him as he run a business to his country but his extension is going to expire in about 2 months and he will not have 400k yet into his bank account for that time. He could use an agent but he prefer to go back to his country also because he has a family over there and he doesn't see them since long time. He just want to reach the 400k and keep them into his bank account. He doesn't have any problem about money coz he earn every month. He can come back to Thailand soon and apply again for a new extension based on marriage with the 400k as requirements

There is a friend of mine that doesn't have 400k into his bank account, so he is thinking to go back to his country and once he will have all that money he will come back to thailand again. He has an extension based upon marriage. How could he come back? Can he just come back to thailand with a free visa exempt, after apply for 60 days thai wife and before it expires just apply for one year extension at immigration? He could also apply for a marriage visa in his country at the thai embassy but looks too difficult, much paperwork to show

UPDATE immigration told me I don't need to apply for a new tm30 as I come back to the same address

It's an awesome luxury hotel, staff told me that immigration ask them to check farang passport when they arrive, because they want to be sure he has a valid visa and don't stay here illegally

I Just checked in at hotel in Pattaya. They asked to see my passport but told me that there is no need I change TM 30 again

I have a Thai driving license as well, so maybe I could try to show it for avoiding the hotels to update my address and change tm30 again
