When I was working in Bangkok for 15 years, was living alone. Had a maid for cleaning. Independent in Krungthep is a gift for men.😁👍

In Pattaya, not dozens, but hundreds of retired Falangs are using agents for their retirement visa/extensions. Either they don't have the needed cash or don't want block their money. Is this new? Not at all. Already since many, many years 😁👍

Easiest: let an agent doing everything, non-O, visa, extensions, financing, 90 days reporting.

Last week a 91 years old friend has died in Pattaya. He lived since 30 years on a retirement visa, done by an agent. The agent did all the work for him, including the 90 days reports. Never had any problems, despite ignoring the officially required financial requirements.😁 In his condo about 30% of Falangs were using this "short cut" extensions.
