I live here (Pattaya) and can confirm. Feels like I'm in Calcutta. A human termite infestation. I try to stay in my apartment as much as possible, to avoid them.

I live here and can confirm. Went for a 45 minute walk yesterday, passed at least a dozen Indian restaurants around 8 pm. All were mostly empty. It's like that every day. Draw your own conclusions.

Went through the immigration queue last month, after a brief visit home. Did not even ask for my TDAC code. Just the usual quick passport review, then waved me on. Ditto for others I watched in line ahead of me. Of note though, the lines were long (several flights just arrived).

If you have a history of skin cancer (which I do). It's recommended to get bi-annual full body scans with a reputable dermatologist (I use Dr. Waraporn at PIH). And between visits, do your own scans at home. If you find anything questionable, get it checked ASAP. If you're fair skinned, the tropical sun here can be brutal.

Haven't tried them. I just buy a bottle of Saline solution at Fascino. Along with the appropriate size plastic syringe. Both are very inexpensive. Works perfectly. When the saline runs out. Can buy premixed packets on Lazada. Mix with bottled water. Perfect.
