No and neither were you!!!
I didn't suggest that I was! He did, though, by backing up your story.

One would hope the driver has insurance, just for incidents like this, unlicensed unregistered riders ?
The rider was unlicenced on an unregistered bike? I missed that part.

He must have been able to walk to get to the puddle , so he wouldnt have been completely incapacitated ?
Would the natural instinct be to try to move if you couldnt breathe ?
Perhaps he collapsed comatose.

Lousy network connections? What does that mean?
I've got a P9 and a P20, never had any problems with either. Which ones do you have personal experience of that were so bad?

Now ask me what I think of people who pay 190bht for a 35bht beer?
No one pays B190 for a B35 beer, if they were B35 beers everyone, obviously, would be paying B35. Perhaps some people do pay B190 for B190 beers, though. No one pays wholesale prices for anything in retail situations.

Perhaps she just recognised your attitude as soon as you "rocked up"?
Oh yes, I showed her a terrible attitude by sitting down & ordering a beer, saying please and thank you with a smile.
i mean really shocking, i totally deserved it didn’t i? ????????????????????
Very obviously, I was referring to your attitude and the series of events that "happened" after you "rocked up" and ordered your beer.

So, on July 1st I rock up for a nice cold pint after months of prohibition and im told as soon as I sit down that its buy 1 get 1 free..great, i thought.
the bill comes and everything was right as rain. I was charged 140 baht for 2 beers so i thought sweet as, i will come back tomorrow.
goes back the following day, asks is it still buy 1 get 1 free, waitress answers yes, perfect thought I, so I sits in the same chair and orders exactly the same As i did the day before.
this time the bill comes and the pints have magically jumped up to 190 baht instead of yesterdays 140.strange thought I, (only 50 baht but still worthy of bringing it to the attention of the waitress so i called her over). She explained that this was the correct price so I objected that i paid 140 the previous day. She asked if i would like to talk to the manager (and here is where the fun starts). I reluctantly agreed, as i knew what was about to come.
she waltzes over, cockily as can be and asks me ‘what is the problem sir’.
to which i replied that the price has increased from yesterday by 50 baht for them same pints.
she then looked at me and said ‘not possible sir, this is the price.”
i told her that yesterday i paid 140, not 190 and she said nobody can do buy 1 get 1 free for 140, ‘you go look yourself sir, any bar can do it? No i dont think so, sir) she wss so arrogant and then she fed me some BS about how they were trying to help the people out by doing by 1 get 1 free and i was spoiling the mood. (Really? nothing about gettin more customers into the pub after 3 months of lockdown and the possible closure of your establishment? I beg to differ).
by now it became obvious to me that somebody other than myself had made a mistake and i was paying for their mistake by having to listen to this managers spiel about pint prices and how I must be wrong. I distinctly remember the price of the buy 1 get 1 free beers as 140 the day before, and now its 190.this has nothing to do with the 50 baht, more to do with the managers attitude and how she made it out to be my fault when all i wanted was consistency.. She then said ‘maybe better you go somewhere
else next time, not come here again because You make a problem.’
at that point I knew it was time to leave, i had done nothing other than stand up for my rights as a consumer. The beers at happy hour are advertised at 140 baht. It was buy 1 get 1 free and i ordered during happy hour.. therefore i should have got 2 beers for 140 baht (70 baht per pint), not 190.
as always, no consistency and shoddy attitude shown to a regular paying customer.
"So, on July 1st I rock up..."
"She asked if i would like to talk to the manager (and here is where the fun starts). I reluctantly agreed..."
"she waltzes over, cockily as can be..."
"she wss so arrogant and then she fed me some BS..."
Perhaps she just recognised your attitude as soon as you "rocked up"?
It's strange that you claim it's your "favourite pub" and that you are a "regular customer" but you obviously didn't know the staff, or the manager, and, clearly from your report, you weren't familiar to them either. You couldn't have been that much of a "regular paying customer in your favourite pub"!
Perhaps she wasn't the only one being reluctant, cocky and arrogant if you, effectively, were barred!

You're right but it was being pointed out that a Thai citizen cannot be denied entry to Thailand, there may be conditions, such as quarantine on arrival attached, but, if they are allowed to board a plane, they cannot be denied entry to their own country here.
It was on a goverment website that stated if a passenger doesn't have the correct paperwork they will not be allowed to disembark from the plane, in theory they shouldn't be allowed on the plane in the 1st place
Thai citizens will not be denied entry to their own country here, they cannot be, under international law.

How can a Citizen be denied entry to their own country,i think you have that wrong!
She would be tested/quarantined on arrival, but not denied entry.
Some Thai’s have been denied boarding without the approval from the Thai Embassy.
Any travel to Thailand at the moment, Thai or Foreign require approval to enter Thailand, which ultimately means no boarding of a flight without that approval document.
You're right but it was being pointed out that a Thai citizen cannot be denied entry to Thailand, there may be conditions, such as quarantine on arrival attached, but, if they are allowed to board a plane, they cannot be denied entry to their own country here.

Read the title, the OP makes it perfectly clear that he is referring to modified motorbikes and motorbike modifications. The bikes that he is referring to, that he police are trying to crack down on are never used on race tracks.
Where does it say that again?
Where does it say what?

They don't "crush luxury cars" in the Philippines if they are legitimate. Illegally imported cars are crushed, though.

Because that's the number based on their knowledge and current expectations of the industry.

Read the OP and subsequent comments.
Ok, so in the OP it mentions shops and "racing cars". So you are saying *none* of the shops sell stuff for use on race tracks? None of the "racing cars" are used on race tracks? I know they are bad translations but my point still stands. Going after shops is the wrong approach.

Nonsense. The difference between baking/cooking chocolate and normal chocolate is not just it's shape and wrapping!
