Echolalia is the unsolicited repetition of vocalizations made by another person (when repeated by the same person, it is called palilalia). In its profound form it is automatic and effortless. It is one of the echophenomena, closely related to echopraxia, the automatic repetition of movements made by another person; both are "subsets of imitative behavior" whereby sounds or actions are imitated "without explicit awareness".
Echolalia may be an immediate reaction to a stimulus or may be delayed.
Would you have known that without Wikipedia from where you copied and pasted it?

The OP can apply for 30 day extension prior to end of amnesty whenever that occurs
Apparently not, according to the Immigration office concerned.
Your dogmatically repeating the same thing over and over that has been refuted by MrMilk's IB doesn't make it accurate, particularly with the current circumstances prevailing.

Cut you some slack. Clearly not here very long.
Lesson #1 never ask for reliable advice from io when situation is fluid.
Zero evidence? The screenshot of his conversation with the IO seems to be empirical and it's sure more than you provided for your assertions.
No need to be patronising nor do you need to "cut me any slack"! It's completely irrelevant but I've been here a long time, so give me what you've got...not much in this context, I'd guess, based on what you've said so far.

Your point??.
Immigration officer is a title. Means little.
They are OK with VERY standard procedures.
These times with covid and amnesty etc most don't have a clue.
Can you offer constructive comment rather that throw peanuts. Address the OP question.
Guess not possible.
My point? Fairly obvious, really. You said she was a clerk, not an IO, I was wondering how you knew that?
You are not in a position to give instructions on how members post here or what they say. I was addressing a remark that you made that directly contradicted what the OP claimed, with evidence, had been told to him by an IO. You're the one refuting his claim so how about you offering something more constructive than "she's a clerk and she's wrong"?

Last month my electric bill was the highest ever, at a little over 1,500 baht. Normally it is around 1,100, and I pay 8 baht per kwh (unit).
This month though, the electric was 2,800 baht. so almost double the previous high.
I live in a 30 sqm apartment. My usage hasn't changed.
"...I pay 8 baht per kwh (unit) ... My usage hasn't changed".
If you have used the same number of units and the rate per unit hasn't changed it is not possible for the amount payable to have changed, obviously. One of the variables must have changed.
Changing the meter won't help if the indicated units used hasn't changed, as you claim, the meter doesn't calculate the baht amount of the bill.
"What could cause electric to double in kwh used for the month?"The title of your OP doesn't match the rest of it. Have the KwH (units used) changed or not?

At least they know she was not falling-down drunk, as she would have been if any alcohol at all was detected.
You make it seem very much as though you wanted her to be drunk and that you're disappointed that she blew clear.

It will cost a mint to restore it and even than anyone who'd the history of this boat will not but or take a ride on it unless he'll rename it and ship it elsewhere...
But it was reported before that many of the specifications are way outside of the laws and regulations and it would never get registration and be allowed to operate again.
The owner has no plans to operate it again! Read the link.

This boat cannot be restored as its design was flawed and it is not a seaworthy vessel under any circumstances. It was poorly constructed too and I believe it has a truck engine, not one specifically designed for marine use. Chop it up or sink it. Can you imagine what the Chinese would say if this boat was returned to service !!!
No one, apart from you, has suggested that it is returned to service.

Meanwhile the city had cited the owner of this building back in December, claiming he doesn't own the land it's built on !
The city already demolished 2 other, smaller buildings last April that it said were encroaching on public land. Surprised this one wasn't found to be unsafe and condemned to demolition.
I'm sure the owner will have a hard time getting the necessary permits from city hall to rebuild the place as well. Not all of "his" land was encroached land, only part of it.

It doesn't, it says foreigner, I was just abbreviating. What's the difference, just not Thai.
Yes, you're right, but only if you think that, in general, there's no difference between "farangs" and, for example foreign Asians, or Africans!

Yep. Even with the "Elite" visa witch could have been seen as the right one for owners/investors.
Why? The investors visa is the appropriate visa for owners/investors.

I agree with you. Somebody mention before the Government don't sale condo's, that's true but the Government make the rules, also rules to own a condo or not.
And "the rules" have never stated, or even hinted, that owning a condo costing less than B10m entitles foreigners to special visa treatment or entitlement to entry before others in emergency situations.

The Government could relax the rules for someone who has a home in Thailand. Surely "proving" you don't have Covid is sufficient to visit your home and family. It's like an airline selling you a flight then denying you travel
It is nothing like your analogy. Do any other governments allow that exemption, yours, for instance?

They authorities are trying get a few people into the country that they think is most important. Condo ownership might be on the next list.
It was never before important enough to obtain a visa because of it.
Yes, it is, depending on the amount invested in the condo although it does not trump Covid-19 regulations.

I realized when looking deeper into immigration years ago, owning property entitled me to NO immigration benefits,
That depends on how much you invest in the condo, over B10m can give you visa benefits

Did the seller of your condo set up the pandemic and prevent you, as a US citizen and potential danger to others due to Covid-19, from living in it?

"Glisters" .... get the quote correct if you want to evoke Shakespeare.
A common mistake from the layman, but a journalist should know better.
".... get the quote correct if you want to evoke Shakespeare".
Trying to suggest that the phrase was wrongly used and stolen from literature is an even more common mistake from the pretentious.
Perhaps they used the word "glitters" because they weren't trying to evoke Shakespeare, they were simply using the expression they chose because it has been in use way before Shakespeare 'plagiarised' it.

I purchased 20 bars (5-10baht) in 2018 from 2 of the oldest gold shops on the island. Should I take one bar back and try to sell it to them? In 2 years, I haven't seen any change in color and each one was weighed and a receipt was given. What would be your recourse if you were sold fake gold?
I suppose it depends on which "island" you bought it.
