They dont check at airports, 90 day notification is just used by local government offices. And even if you do late its 2000 baht or if get caught then 4000 baht but no black mark in passport.

I'm married to a teacher age 63 so government hospitals sort of free for me but I still have insurance which is expensive around 120.000 we own some properties which gives us around 25.000 baht a month profit which we use to live on paying rent. electric. And running a car and bike with some European food that's for 2 of us wife dont drink or smoke but i do both also that's living in thung song so not a tourist place so yes 35000 is more then enough
