  1. If I were you, I'd rent it out. You'll get enough for your spending money here probably.

The tenant pays council tax, and keeps the pipes from freezing (hopefully).

The property will still be there for you, should you want to go back.

If you sell, I'd say that cash will be spent before you know it. Why not just live off rental income and allow the house to continue appreciating?

Scotland - Rentals favour the renter one option is to sell and buy in England where the rules are better.. As I say I am just looking at all the options and really just want to know if anyone has been through the "official" process and what the pitfalls etc are

What's the difference in the rules?

Underscoring how critical an issue it is for Republicans, former President Trump unveiled his education platform on Thursday, calling for cutting federal funds to any education program that involves “critical race theory, gender ideology, or other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content onto our children.”

I mean, who can argue against such a reasonable and sound view?

What I am getting from this is that conservatives don't agree with 'drag shows' for children.

    And I agree.

I have nothing against drag queens, but those shows are not for kids. What ever happened to kids watching cartoons and the like? Lol

You know, totally useless saccharine sentiments of sending our hopes and prayers to the victims families would be remarkably better than the "they had it coming" and "Israel shouldn't have ever existed in the first place" type of posts here.

Those types of crappy sentiments are for cross eyed religious Americans.
