Thailand can have a look at Oz to see what can/will happen down the track.
Snipit from ABC news
"Queensland has recorded 3,587 new cases of COVID-19.
The state now has 16,688 active cases.
There are currently five patients in intensive care, but none of them are on ventilators, with 112 patients in total requiring treatment in hospital"
This is from a state that had now cases not long ago.
Fortunately the hospitalizations and ICU numbers are low.
The vacation rates in Oz very high..

In reality it's likely >10 times that.
Those not displaying symptoms are going nowhere near tests (at least not the recorded tests).
Correct just look at the situation in Sydney NSW the infections doubled in one day to 11.000

This evening, beginning at about 10PM, I began noticing a resurgence of fireflies swarming, about 100 or more in my area.
For me, the Lampyridae, the Lightning Bug, has always been a source of amazement, as it is for all children.
Last year, I did not see them.
Now, they are back, again.
Maybe this is a sign of hope on many fronts.
Maybe, seeing this bug means that I will, in the relatively near future, find a woman to share my pillow, off and on, like this flickering fly.
Anytime I see fire flies, I always feel comforted.
Where I live we don't have fire flies we just have fire bugs and now be a good boy and go to bed

So, are the bars open? Even if not, there could have been ladyboys around. These are desperate times. People approaching you, hugging you to grab your wallet, then the Dutch guy said/did something that someone didn't like... - There have been instances were ladyboys have thrown rocks (Pattaya), or hit someone on the head with their shoes (Nana, Bangkok).
People don't just drop like flies when on a walk. Okay, perhaps he had a heart condition, but if so he must have known, so why then was he out at 1 A.M. if he knew he wasn't well?
Your name says it all
